Excellent laptop (performance, battery, graphics, size, price)

Love my computer - It does everything i need it to for a small business love the touch screen feature.

I like the weight of this laptop. I didn’t think the rotating and touchscreen would be a big selling point for me but I actually really like both features, especially for watching videos and to take a break from using the mouse. The mousepad seems somewhat heavy and stiff rather than click-easy but maybe that can be altered.

Great working or studying laptop. It's small and light, with plenty of ports to connect. I use it with a monitor for work as otherwise the screen is a bit small. I love the touch screen as well as it makes it way easier to navigate documents and pages My only negative so far is the volume, which is very low.

We needed a new laptop as ours was 10 years old and appeared to finally be dying! this was recommended as a solid option for basic home use, no gaming or work, just emails, web surfing, etc...we love that the screen folds over like a tablet and the touch screen. Solid speed and memory as well. no complaints

Pros: Specs are really good but technical is all the same you can find in other brands so the small details made me give a better value to this 2 in 1 computer. I love the Beautiful design with small details which makes this computer the best buy for the money. Details as a camara protective non visible latch, finger print sensor, silent air flow system with an auto elevator system when you open the screen that makes possible to circulate de air and other small specs which you can't see until you use it, makes a big difference with other similar 2 in 1 in the market. The specs are pretty similar to other brands, so this small details have an additional value for me as that increases the security and privacy. For me is the right size and weight to work at home or outside. Cons: Not much, maybe a couple of features but is not a big deal: *Charger doesn't have a system to tie up the wire as other brands. *The surface of the screen and the lid get dirty easily with the fingers touch

I’m really enjoying everything about the purchase I made at Best Buy online for this Dell 2 in 1 intel icore 5. It’s everything I need in a computer, runs great, more than enough memory, runs every program fast and plays my online games better than any laptop I’ve had in the past.

This laptop is amazing! I love that it’s touchscreen.

Not a bad laptop for the price. Could be more durable for my teen. Wish I would’ve known that Geek Squad always has to be sent off to repair anything on it and takes 2-4 weeks to get it back.

I really like this laptop. It does everything I need it to and it is very fast. It has a great display that feels larger than a 14". For what you get, the cost is hard to beat and being a 2 in 1 is just a bonus. I use this for personal and business. Has everything I need.

I'm being generous at 4 stars, i would give 3.5 stars. My only concern about this laptop is the USB ports and lighting ports. They feel really tight in a way when you plug in a USB, it feels your jamming it in, and when you unplug it it feels really tight that you need a bit of elbow grease to remove it. Same thing with the power cord, it feels in a way that any wrong step you can mess or damage something inside. Note: I am very careful in connecting and unplugging my USBs and power cord to not damage this laptop. I had a HP pavilon and i had the same issue, until I accidentally broke something interior where no power was getting to the motherboard. I'm scared it will happen the same with this laptop. Other than that, speed is good, if I run Power BI or Excel the fans start to kick in. Battery life is average, I feel it could be a bit better, even after lowering the screen brightness and keyboard light.
