Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered a computer on the 12th and was told it’d be here on the 15th of December, it was a Christmas present for my wife and I ended up having to buy another in store after signing up for a Best Buy credit card because I no money had the money I originally had because it was tied up in my original purchase of the computer that was some how cancelled by the driver because Best Buy had him sitting over two hours. When I called about it I was given the run around day in and out. It wasn’t until I demanded a refund was I able to get the assistance I need. I’ll never purchase nor recommend anyone to from Best Buy unless they have it on hand in store, never delivery.

Dell was great and sent a tech to repair it relatively quick. Another issue I have is both computers have a tendency to overheat and shut down on occasion. Hopefully it is resolved for the one that was repaired. Generally, this happens with minimal use. I requested extended warranties without charge and Dell said they will not accommodate. Unlikely my next computer will be a Dell. I have bought Dell computers for years and never experienced this.
