    The transfer of files, apps, etc. was Completed as requested. The technician reviewed the added apps and files and helped us to better understand that the Dell computer we purchased was right for our needs. The Geek guys know what they are doing and are willing to help us with any questions we may have.

    I am enrolled in the yearly membership program to learn how to use my laptop and the new-to-me Windows 11. Most of the geeks are terrific and very patient with someone who did not grow up on a computer.

    The sales person and the geek squad woman were both absolutely top notch in customer service. I was so impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. I wish I could remember their names but they should be listed on your paper work.
