Overall, this is a pretty good laptop, I'd give it 4.5/5 stars. It's pretty fast and starts up within 10 seconds thanks to SSD. The rotating feature is pretty cool so you don't need a tablet anymore. Battery life could definitely be better, which is my biggest complaint. Seems like you'll get maybe 3 hours then have to plug it back in. Much shorter if you use programs that chew up battery like playing games. Speakers are pretty good but are lacking a bit in bass. Picture quality is full HD so pretty good there. Seems good for gaming so far. Pretty happy about the specs, only minor complaint would be kind of wish the screen was a bit bigger. Easy to use. Keyboard types like a dream, backlight is nice as well. The fact it has an HDMI port and USB are nice but kinda wish it could play DVDs. I would say I'm happy with the computer so far and it's overall a pretty good model as long as you take care of it. Works great, easy to design, and the picture quality is awesome! The battery seems to drain fast but other than that I absolutely love this computer!

I have only purchased Dell computers and laptops. The features are great. It turns on quickly, switches to tablet mode, is touchscreen, but I have had problems trying to get the laptop to shutdown. On many occasions, the laptop restarts when I hit shutdown. I have adjusted many settings and it seems to work now, but I can’t give it 5 stars for that reason. Hope I don’t have more issues with it.

This is probably one of the few 13" inch laptop which really stands out in terms of build and performance. Its sleek and quite fast thanks to the 16gb ram and ssd drive. The only thing I felt low was the sound volume.

I use this machine at home. It is very fast. For the money, this was the fastest computer that I could find. I didn't notice that the volume was low, the screen was dark or overheating problems. The touch screen is a great addition. Set-up was a snap. A long time windows user, it didn't take long to figure out my way around Windows 10.

It's light, fast, intuitive. You can set it up by yourself, it's easy. When it's updating it's also fast. I like it!

Excellent computer and easy to use. I wanted a lighter and smaller laptop to carry with me during my busy schedule. Perfect size and weight. I had the Geek Squad set it up for me. They were excellent and very fast. Computer works great. Lots of power. great graphics.

Easy setup with minimal effort. This laptop is many steps up from my previous HP. Price point was acceptable. Crisp screen display clarity/resolution. Would recommend this specific laptop to others.

The battery life started good but seems to be getting drained faster but still good. Speed is great. Able to have many windows open and working.

Fast, easy to use, has all of the hook ups you need (HDMI, USB, USB3. Screen is a 14" great to travel with, turns off and on very quickly. Only semi bad this is is a little heavy, but outside that works fantastic, not the cheap end or high end about in the middle class.

It’s a great size and the performs extremely well. The only downside is that it is too heavy, the screen is heavier than the keyboard. So, sometimes it tips backward.

I have purchased this Laptop , after six Month used Battery is not worked then after one month speakers not worked. I am not much satisfy about this Product.

Quick and responsive. Looks and functions great. Someone said volume is low, if you update drivers thru Dells site you will get the software MaxAudioPro thats allows many sounds adjustments including volume. Its beyond loud after making the proper adjustments.

Very easy to get through initial setup. I love the option of using either the touch screen or key board. Fast performance.
