Great Personal and Business Computer!

So far the computer has been running very fast for me. I am a computer science programmer, and I needed something that could run my programs that take up a lot of memory. The internet speed is great, the processor and the memory card are exactly what was stated on the site, and overall I feel I am receiving a great value for the money. The touchscreen works great, and the computer does not seem to have any problems with overheating. I would not recommend this product for a gamer, because of the graphics card which is more for personal and business use than high speed graphics. I have had it for about two weeks at this point, but it has not yet given me any trouble, so I would say it is worth the price if you are looking for a personal computer to use for either school or even office work.

The computer is fast and light. The touchscreen is responsive in computer or tablet mode. I have not been able to fully assess the battery life, but seems to be sufficient. Solid computer for the value.

Zero stars if possible. This is a piece of junk better for the scrap yard. Had an issue a little bit ago where the laptop stopped turning on. Had to being it in. Now, the hinge has broken. Upon doing some digging, these are all common issues with this particular computer. I love throwing money down the drain.

I love this laptop so far. I’ve had it for two months, and it works great for my college needs. I don’t use the 2-in-1 feature much, but it is nice when I don’t need a keyboard. It has nice features, fast speed, sleek design. I love the touch screen. High quality product.

Excellent! Exactly what I wanted. Sleek and efficient. Works well with Clío Studio Paint and my PC games (though I have yet to try anything too strenuous).
I love the smaller size and maneuverability.

I got this open box special for 450, not a scratch, scuff or dent on it. Runs windows 11 and resource intense programs with ease, it's been 100 percent reliable. Only issue is that the battery is a little small, probably only get about an hour of use on battery alone.

Love the size of this laptop and the battery life is descent if you optimize the screen brightness. Keyboard has a good feel and overall it has been a great performant laptop able to run all of my demanding apps.

This computer runs apps well but I've run into problems. The computer blue screens a lot (crashes), it gets hot easily, and the fans are loud. I've also had to bring it to the geek squad before because it was crashing so much. The drivers were corrupt, it's still crashing even now. I've rated this a 4/5 because it runs things well I can play games like valorant and genshin at medium graphics, the computer looks appealing, but theres just some small problems that can get annoying.

I’ve owned this unit for one month. Bottom line, this is a great computer for the money. On the value-for-money scale, it gets an A grade. I’d buy another one (if I needed it) in a heartbeat. Great display, nice touch on the keyboard, nice complement of USB ports, and fast as all get-out. That being said, there are just a few aspects I’d like to see improved. First, battery life. I’m a light-duty user: browsing the web with Chrome, some use of MS Office, and a lightly-used brokerage app on weekdays. I keep the screen on about 20% brightness or less, that’s usually enough for me. And yet I can’t make it beyond 5 to 6 hours of usage unless I crank-down the Win11 battery setting to its “best power efficiency” level. I had hoped for better battery life. Second, microphone volume. In my experience, it is sub-par. It was almost unusable for Zoom calls until I found a setting buried in the Zoom app that allowed it to defeat the Windows signal processing by audio device drivers. Perhaps this is an issue with all Win11 computers, or perhaps it’s magnified in this computer, I don’t know, but it is irritating. Third, slow wake-up time from sleep mode. It often takes 2 to 4 seconds and sometimes as much as 6 to 8 seconds to get all components functioning. This is only a nuisance, but it’s something that seems eminently fixable. I’m still happy with my purchase, don’t get me wrong. But I just can’t quite award 5 stars. I'd give it 4-and-a-half stars, if that was an option.
