Great laptop! I've had it for about 6 weeks and have no complaints. I had a larger laptop previously and I really appreciate this smaller size. This is also my first all-in-one and I really love that feature because I like to stream movies. I use the laptop for email, social media, MSOffice apps and streaming and it's fast and easy. It has all the ports that I need too. Very happy with my purchase.

This is my very first time purchasing my own laptop, so I did extensive research prior to making this purchase. I purchased my Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 - 14in Touch Screen Laptop on Feb. 21, 2022 and picked it up from Best Buy on Feb. 25, 2022. I’ve had the device for approximately 3 weeks today, and I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with my purchase of this Dell laptop. It’s the perfect weight and size; I’m pleased with all of the specs; The screen display is of great quality; The keys on the keyboards are soft to the touch and are nice to type on; The backlight beneath the keyboards makes it easy to type in a dimly lit or dark room; I love that it connects to Bluetooth speakers, a feature that I’ve put to used a couple of times. I like that it has the Alexa feature, but I haven’t used it yet: I really enjoy having the option of using my keyboard to type or the touchscreen feature. This dual capability is great. I like everything about this device and have absolutely no complaints. If I had to choose one thing to changed about the device, it would be to increase the sound on the speakers. Don’t get me wrong, the sound comes through super clear and is loud enough. However, I like for the speaker volume to be super loud. That’s just my personal preference. All in all, I’ve truly been enjoying my new laptop and I plan to have it for many many years.

Great computer for university student use, very quick to startup and great artery life.

Purchased several of these units as updates to some older computers while on sale. Really nice size and weight for every day use. Super simple set up. Very clear, bright display and love the touch screen. Several really nice key features for the price. Haven't been able to fully review all features since so new but hope that the Dell name will support great long term use.

Loving this Dell laptop. Easy to use, great features such as the touch screen and the backlit keyboard. Sound isn't bad for a laptop. Have recommended this to others already who, like me, are not using for anything beyond small business and home type of usage. Love the size of this laptop, although it is somewhat heavier than my Macbook air, it is very similar in size.

Fast, light, long lasting battery. excellent value.

Very good laptop for general and office use. I have procured a number of Dell Laptops over the past 20+ years. They continue to get better. This one is much smaller, lightweight and faster. I am very pleased with its operation, clear screen and easy sign in with the fingerprint security. It does everything I need in a compact laptop for my home and my work.

Great laptop for working from home. Very light and portable for moving throughout the house. Only knock is the mousepad clicker is a little stiff. Battery life is great as I was able to go an entire workday without it being charged (adjusted performance more towards a battery saving setting).

Beautiful color with a backlit keyboard that's easy to type on. I love the option to turn the webcam on/off with sliding button next to the camera. The fingerprint option is cool, and it has a type C charger vs. standard computer cord. The best part of all is the speed, updates are quick and smooth. The battery last all day. I'm hesitant to install Windows 11 though.

I am very satisfied with my new laptop. My previous one was a 5-year old Apple which the screen did not work anymore. Since it would cost $700 to fix it, I decided that it was time to go back to Windows. My only concern about this Inspiron is that I noticed that the battery life is not as long as my Mac. I like the size and speed very much though. Happy with my purchase!

Its almost an year since made the purchase for my son and the hinge has just snapped. the machine started making a weird sound all of a sudden and on closing the screen, it just snapped from the hinge. Didn't expect such poor built from Dell. Feel cheated after just using it for a year.

Great product, superfast, supersleek. I have many applications open at any time and never felt any issues with speed. A happy customer. It was also nice that Best Buy support price matched on memorial day which came a little later.

I am a long time Dell/Intel PC buyer. I have not had an issue with any of them and ended up with Dell after failed experiences with other manufacturers. This product has continued the positive experience, to date. I purchased it because I was looking for a laptop from Dell with: Intel, I7, 16 GB memory, 512 GB SDD, touch screen, backlit keyboard. The cost of these features in a laptop was higher than the same features in this 2-in-1. I do not use the tablet features of this product and use is strictly as a laptop. The only things that could be different from my perspective is that the keyboard (silver with white lettering) is difficult so see in certain light conditions, especially for older eyes. Would have preferred black with white lettering. The second is that the charger utilizes the USB-C port while the device appears to have a dedicated charging port.

We purchased this for my son going away to college. This met all the required specs for school, but offers so much more. My son has been using this for nearly a month and loves this device, the touch screen capabilities, the speed, and the looks of it. It is a very sleek device with a perfect size screen and great display.

So far, I am thrilled with this laptop! It's smaller than what I've had before, but I don't even notice the smaller screen. I did have to get used to not having the number keyboard on the side. That was the only adjustment I had to make. The computer works exceptionally well. I am so glad I bought a Dell!

Quality and reliability is like the Dell experiences I had many years ago. Quality seemed to go down for a while but I'm glad to see that it's back up again. This is a great computer for the money. Fast, quiet, very little bloatware and easy to set up.
