I had bought this product online during cyber Monday because it was a couple hundred cheaper. This is the first laptop that I have bought by myself because I was using a hand-down laptop of my older sister. For this being, the first laptop that I have bought the graphics are really good and the speed in which it process is great. It has a thumbprint scanner which works really well. However, the audio isn't as loud as I had expected it to be but it is still pretty loud. The laptop is fairly quiet except when I'm running certain applications, the sound of the cooling fan would get loud. I mainly use it as my school laptop and for online streaming and shopping, so mostly always nice to work with this laptop.

Very good computer small device with a lot of power. Screen size is A bit lacking but overall the ease of use is unmatched plug this baby into the wall on opening and you’re ready to go in less than 5 minutes I highly recommend this laptop to all my peers.

I bought this laptop and even I really liked it returned it because there was some problem with the battery I think. It lasts only 5 hours. Normally it should be like 7 hours at least. Probably mine was problematic. But the laptop was really nice. It was small but very powerfull. Another problem was you cannot use it under the sun just keep in mind. That was not a problem for me. If the battery was good enough I would never returned it. The design of it is also lovely.

Overall very Good purchase and decent laptop.We loved it. Request Best Buy to provide delivery option for all openbox category.That will same more time and help to purchase the product to delivered to home and saving time in pickup .

Exactly 6 months in the hinge broke and now the screen is separating. Two days ago, I heard "crackling" in the same hinge as I was opening the unit. I also noticed a little color distortion in that corner when the unit was powered on. The screen portion was also a little "floppy" rather than sturdy. Keep in mind, I don't use the unit every day and when I do open it I open normally, not rough or abusive. I reported the issue. Dell stated that it was "structural damage," that I would be charged for the repair, and to wait 24-48 hours for a rep to contact me. Today, I opened the unit as usual, and the hinge broke. Dell said to send it in, and again, as long as there is no "structural damage" they would repair it. For the record, my prior laptop--not a Dell and costed a mere $300--is 6 years old and may be slower than Sally but still works! I'm highly disappointed in this $1000 unit. This is my first time owning a Dell laptop and I didn't consider this type of issue when I purchased it. My 1995 Dell desktop never stopped working--technology may have left it behind, but I had no problems whatsoever with the system. At any rate, if I'm charged anything for this repair, I will seek third party support.

Really liking this laptop so far. Screen resolution is perfect and the processor and ram are both running like champs. Overall exactly what I was expecting and way cheaper than I would expect for a machine of this quality.

So far so good. Gets a little too hot if using intensely while charging. So i just charge only when not in use. Battery life is decent. Far less bloatware than anticipated which was a nice surprise. A little heavy for its size. Charges via USB-C but only has this port on one side instead of 2 like the USB 3s. Easy set up. Keys are nice and clacky for a laptop, and backlit. Touch pad is large and responsive. Do not use it in tablet mode or touchscreen often enough to have an opinion. Wish the display brightness on the screen could go lower.

This is the first Dell laptop i have purchased & it is simply superb. The touchscreen is very responsive & also Core i7 11th Gen makes super fast. Overall experience is very good & will buy again this if required.

I have been eyeing this laptop for a while. I read others' comments and that along with the $200 off price were deciding factors for me . I like the size, quality, and speed plus serves all my needs.

I purchased the Dell Inspiron at the Salisbury MD store. The sales rep, Kingdom, was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The Laptop had to be ordered and Kingdom explained that the item would ship faster to my home as opposed to the store, I took his advice. I had received the item on 8/9/2021 and made an appointment for a setup and software install on Thursday 8/12/2021 at 10:40 AM. On Thursday, Geek Squad rep Andy, performed all the necessary software installs as well as deleted, upon my request, all other non essential programs. He also answered my many questions, which helped me better understand the laptop. Andy is an extremely knowledgeable tech possesses an enormous amount of patience, which was evident when we were setting up the laptop. He was courteous, professional and made sure I understood what we had completed. Andy is a credit to Best Buy.

Love my new 5000 Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 Computer. Easy to use, with touch screen. Much improved keyboard and display then my old Dell. Great speed. I am very happy with my purchase!

Great laptop. First time with 14" screen. Light, fast and beautiful. Love the SSD. Also use a 32" gaming monitor with the HDMI output. I highly recommend this laptop.

Purchased this computer for business and it is not only fast, but graphics are great. Main downfall is that it does not have a number keypad on the keyboard. Would definitely recommend buying an external (Bluetooth) keyboard and mouse to connect if using accounting software. Comes with Windows 11, which has several downfalls, but just takes some getting used to. Love the fingerprint login and switch to disable the camera seamlessly. Great little second computer and will likely be buying another for my college student due to the great tablet function.

Very good Laptop for the price. Setting up was easy. Really like the touch-screen. Wish it would have come with a side number area.

This "Open-Box" Laptop/tablet functions very well. It boots up quickly, the keyboard feels great (typing wise) and it runs applications very quickly. My only minor disappointment thus far is that the mechanical integrity is not quite like new. With the laptop open, holding the computer by the keyboard, it will flex and "click" a little. This is a little disappointing but it does not affect functionality. Hopefully it will not be a functional issue in the future.

Great looking laptop with 2 in 1 touch screen capabilities. Fast computer that handles the kids gaming needs along with school work. Unfortunately, this computer had a faulty battery out of the box. Dell has been great to work with on the issue but required the computer to be sent to a warranty center to be repaired.

so far so good, pretty much using it to 3d print and check emails. pretty decent specs for the price. user friendly, and no problems so far
