Would definitely recommend for college. Bought for my daughter to use at college. She hasn't had any issue with battery life. Fast processor and lots of storage. Bought at a great price

I LOVE my laptop... at first, I was hesitant in purchasing this particular one because of the touch screen feature, but it has been a year and a half, and I have had no issues at all with this one. Mind you, I have a 5-year-old who is very rough with my things, but it is going strong! I like the feature where it turns into a tablet, I like that it is lightweight, I like that it doesn't get too hot on my legs when I use it for a long time, and I like how it charges quickly.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter’s birthday. She’s very pleased with all the features-speed, screen size, Storage, backlight, etc. She’s very satisfied!

I’ve had this for about a month. I use it for school. It’s fast, easy to operate and I love having the tablet option. Shipping was fast and it was well packaged.

Solid computer w ssd drive and 1TB memory. Also is a 2 in 1. My daughter uses it for work and has had no issues with it, it works very well. The i7 means it will last for a long time and was worth the investment. Excellent computer!

As of my point of view and the experience I had with Dell laptops, they are one of the best laptops among others, outstanding display, long life battery and very easy to work with, and I have to mention that if anyone wants to buy specially tech or electronics items just have a look and pay a visit to BEST BUY STORE, you will definitely like it in all aspects, product wise, quality wise and the most important that you will have an outstanding discount, enjoy buying from Best buy.

Bought this as I am going back to school and wanted to have something to carry with me that wasn’t owned by my work. Was debating between this and a MacBook- I bought this as the screen was larger. It has a lot more storage 1TB than the other. This has ability to flip and use or carry like an IPad and you can use a pen on it if you want or not! They weigh about the same. The price- was very close to the same, if not cheaper than the MacBook. I am still getting used to this laptop, but overall really like it! My only reason for 4 stars is I honestly wanted something cute in color like the iPads offer. Not worthy of dropping a star- but it was something I wanted. I’m hoping this lasts for quite some time and look forward to learning more about it.

Super happy with this purchase. The program I use for work requires certain specs that this laptop is able to accommodate. So far, I have had zero issues. Happy with the speed at which the laptop runs and the touch screen is helpful as well. Would definitely recommend. The only thing I didn’t notice when purchasing was that there is no number pad. I should have expected this being that it’s a 14 inch laptop. Still pleased nonetheless as a Bluetooth number pad is only $20.

I love this laptop. It is touchscreen, lightweight and powerful. The 1 TB memory is awesome. I ran out of memory on my desktop. I highly recommend it.

Easy to use, but took a little getting used to. Fast and clean, light weight easy reading the print. Overall, a good choice for the older generation.

I have had this for about a month now and so far this is a great little machine. Light, quick and efficient. It could use a bit more memory but still runs very smooth with the 16GB it comes with. I am sure I will upgrade to 32 as needed but for now this unit is serving its purpose. The touch screen is a nice feature for this 14" laptop as well as the 2n1 design. All in all so far I would recommend this for anyone needing a new laptop for home or work. I will update this if needed but Dell seems to of gotten it right with this one.

I'm very happy with this 2 in 1 laptop. It replaced my old Samsung tablet and also acts as a spare laptop. Solidly made and runs all of my programs. Runs faster than the Samsung tablet it replaced. The only issue is that you cannot use a protective hard case to snap on the laptop. According to Dell customer service, a case impacts airflow and could cause the laptop to overheat. You can purchase a hard carrying case, but no hardshell protective cover. (yet)

The notebook essentially is very similar to the one it replaces, which I loved. However, the 1 terrabyte SSD is much bigger and I really like the fingerprint security sensor. The battery life is at least 25% longer which keeps from worrying about losing power at random times. Buying My Best Buy Total was a great purchase as well aince they moved over everything from my old notebook to this one very quickly. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

This laptop is incredibly responsive and fast. The wifi is very strong connection, making all of my browser pages pop quickly while I'm on the internet. Streaming is very smooth. The touchscreen is awesome. Gotta have that now. And the finger print login makes hoping on very smooth and quick. But this laptop has a strong build with the 13th Gen 17 processor, 16 gb ram & 1GB SSD HD. Works like a champ, as expected.

The right size to carry. I've been waiting for a 1 Terabyte SSD from Dell at a reasonable price. Easy set-up. I do miss a micro SD card slot, but I do have an adapter.
