Im very happt with my Dell, i used it to replace my old Dell and i dont notice any bad changes only new improvements to how i did this before. This one folds like an ipad, dictates, is sleek and smooth. I love it.

I love this laptop it has both worlds a laptop and a tablet, it is super efficient and the system it’s fast. Plenty of memory space and god size, convenient to carry to school or work. I can go 2 days without charging which if awesome as well.

I desperately needed a computer because I had just been hacked and they locked my computer. My computer guru said to call Best Buy. I made a face, it was a big store, I would not get the customer service there that I would get at a smaller store. Boy was I wrong!. My computer guru told the sales associate (I so wish I remembered his name) exactly what I needed. He stayed on the phone with me, got all my information and explained how the process worked, they would let me know when the computer was packed and ready to be picked up. They did, I went to Best Buy and another very pleasant young man found my package with a smile and I was on my way. I was so impressed. Thank you Best Buy for hiring the best people and training them to be customer friendly. Next time someone says, go to Best Buy I won't make a face. I'll smile instead and say "that's a great idea".

I've been using the Dell [insert model] for several months now, and it's exceeded my expectations in every way. The performance is outstanding; whether I'm multitasking with multiple applications or running resource-intensive software, this laptop handles it all without any lag.

SO FAR SO GOOD. MY FIRST WITH WINDOWS 11 SO IM WINGING IT. BUT ITS GOING WELL. DID CALL DELL FOR SUPPORT THEY WERE GREAT. I ONLY USE A COMPUTER A FEW TIMES A YEAR. IM USE TO AN IPAD. THE TOUCH SCREEN IS AWSOME. STILL PLAYING AROUND.

I'm really enjoying this product. It is perfect for my adobe programs and there are no lags when I am editing. The touch screen is very helping when working between windows. I do wish the sound was better when I am playing videos without headphones. With headphones it gives you a stereo feel. I can do without because the amount of space I have makes up for it.

So far, I really like it. I am using it for college only so I do not have much to comment on. It charges quickly and the battery lasts quite a while. I am getting used to a few things since my other laptop is larger.

I purchased this dell to replace my 2020 Macbook Pro. I'm already insanely impressed with the performance. If I had known this was available I would have switched from apple YEARS ago. Super similar layout with much better ports available, Hardware feels much better too.

This computer has been fantastic! I bought it after my MacBook died and I definitely don't regret it. I adjusted well to the change to Dell because the computer is so user friendly.
