Great little laptop. lots of storage and very light to carry around.

Works well for what I need, which is basic office use. Nothing major, just google chrome etc. Runs well and the wualoty of the grraphics is good as well.

The product Dell new Inspiron is awesome and new OS windows 11 (pre-installed) has got excellent features. The touch screen works perfectly. Best Buy team who are very competent had facilitated the purchase in effective way by guiding a lot. Really appreciate the team. Got very good discount

I am pleased with the performance of the laptop. there are glitches unrelated to the laptop that may have to do with windows as it impossible to find all recent documents in the home section and there is no consistency as to whether the docs are saved in the cloud or on the computer.

This laptop is great easy to use and i love the fact it can also be used as a tablet. My buying experience was also outstanding. The sales person made sure I was informed about my purchased and was patient. Need more like him!

Very lite weight ,fast ,very nice versital display

I bought a Mac (stupidly) and decided to trade it in within 3 months for this laptop and it's been pretty great so far. I use it for both my engineering programs (like Solidworks) and for gaming.

I purchased this laptop in the beginning of 2024. In 2025 my battery crashed and I had to pay for a replacement and labor. Aside from the battery crashing 2 times during 1.5 years of having it, the screen display and overall build is great.

Excellent product choice. 1 Terabite of cloud memory, 16 gigs of memory. More than I need for personal use. Great speed and fantastic graphics. Saved over $300 from Best Buy. Love the decision that I have made. .

My tennage daughter desperately needed an up to date laptop for college. And wow, what a game changer this was for her!! Zero complaints, satisfies all of her needs for school work and more.

So far, seems to be top of the line for the money. I have seen specs like this for much more in price. It gets a good battery charge. The keypad is soft to the touch and a trackpad. I took a more sophisticated unit back in exchange for this one.

It is a great laptop. Runs fast. It does get very hot though which is not that great.

Laptop with a beautiful design, quality speaker, and efficient system.

This laptop is a little smaller screen than I am use to (14") and took some time to adjust but, so far it has been as good as any I have had. Programs run smooth. even my CAD software. I am very pleased with it.

The best thing I've bought so far, that brand of computer is practically indestructible, I'm very happy.
