The keyboard lights up and it has a touch screen which are great features. The Geek Squad transferred the data from our old laptop to this new Dell laptop and made sure we felt comfortable using it before we left the store. As an added bonus, the Dell laptop was on sale when we purchased it. We thank the Best Buy sales associate and the Geek Squad Expert for all of their assistance. They made the transition a pleasant experience.
