A seamless transition from Apple to Dell

This is my first non-Apple produce. I was a little skeptical about the touchscreen, but it is honestly so convenient and easy to use. It was not a difficult transition to go from Apple to Dell.

After 3 trips the Geek Squad found there was a bug in Microsoft Windows. Did the fix and it works like a charm. Geek Squad is the best !!

Outstanding Laptop

The Geek Squad helped me move all my old laptop information to the new without any issues. This laptop replaced a 7 year old Dell which never gave me one issue. Love Dell products and Best Buy !!!!

I’ve had several Dell laptops during the past couple of decades; their quality is above and beyond their competitors. This is the second laptop that I’ve bought from Best Buy in the past two years and I’m pleased with everything.

I only wanted something for personal use ie: facebook, shopping, paying bills, instagram. I don't play games or use it for work purposes. Just a little laptop for me to us.

I also had geek squad to install the software and there's some few things I don't like that keeps popping up and it's annoying but other wise it does the job.
