One year ago today i bought this computer. At first i was happy with it I didn’t have any connection problems or display problems but 2 weeks ago the hinge got stuck and broke the computer and it cost over $450 dollars to fix according to Best Buy. I am overall disappointed in this product.

Years ago, I used a touchscreen laptop at work. I have always wanted one for home use but I couldn't ever find one that had all the other features that I needed. I have been looking at laptops again and when I saw this one, I knew it was just what I needed. This laptop is slim and lightweight. With a 14 inch screen it is just big enough. I would have liked a 17 inch screen but this one is ok. Unlike a lot of laptops, it has a 1 TB SSD drive and 16GB of memory. It runs fast and has plenty of room for storing all my work and genealogy files. The keyboard is backlit, which makes it easy to use in dim lighting. The graphics are basic but the screen is easy to see and it has full HD resolution. Set-up was super easy and quick. I am working at getting used to Windows 11 though. Truthfully, any different laptop takes a little getting used to. The laptop has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It doesn't have any ethernet or VGA ports. Most people won't need them but they are nice to have. I like how it can be folded flat with the keyboard behind it. I have used it to reaad books on instead of using my tablet. Since it is so lightweight, it doesn't hurt my wrist or hands to hold it. The slim design allows me to place it on my reading pillow too. All in all, I am pretty happy with this machine.
