Definitely recommended, it is super versatile, ideal for work, study etc... with great financing option if you have best buy card, which allows to pay without interests during a whole year !

It works great so far. I haven't used it that much. But my work laptop is a Dell and I love it so I am most certain I will love this one as well.

This is a great lightweight laptop but the built-in mouse is super sensitive and consistently moves around too much. It is best to use an external mouse with this laptop unless there is some way to adjust the internal mouse sensitivity.

This is perfect for working from home. The loud speakers are great for phone calls without using a headset! The keyboard light is also a plus!

Needed a new computer and was referred to this computer. Happened to be tax free weekend, so I purchased it and have no regrets. It has performed as expected.

After owning this computer for a month, I haven't found any issues. What you are getting for the price is a great deal. I would highly recommend this computer.

My daughter has been using this in college and she absolutely loves it. It's probably one of the only laptops that I have bought what she has never complained about.

Good computer, I wish that it had a 15.6" screen rather than a 14". It's got plenty of RAM (16) and hard drive capacity. I like it that the keyboard is backlit. I do wish that it had more that one USB port.

Great laptop, I have been using it for school and have had no problems. The keyboard feels great, the screen is responsive and the trackpad works as expected. I would buy this again!

I wasn't looking forward to learning a new computer but this one has been very easy for an old woman:-) I had a little problem adjusting to the new keyboard size. I like it, it is comfortable for me.

I have had HP laptops previously and this one seems to be every bit as good as they were. The test will be how long it lasts because the HP's didn't last long.

This is a very good laptop and works well. I had one issue though. About a week after I received it, the "on" button stopped working. I called Dell support and they walked me through downloading and installing updated drivers which corrected the issue. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great product that I purchased for my family to use for school and home needs. So far so good... me and the family are pleased with the product as we continue to familiarize ourselves....

Was perfect…the sound system was great…had earlier bought one for myself but this one came different with visible speakers by the side.
