This concern is not for the laptop, but for "BestBuy". This is 0-star or even -ve rating. I've been buying pretty much all my electronics from BestBuy. Good experience until my recent order of this Laptop. I don't write reviews that often, but this is def something I'd like to raise and make the community aware of. "Basically, I got the laptop with the lower configuration than promised while I purchased it. I purchased the laptop online at bestbuy.com. In the product description, it said 5 GHz of CPU/processor. But what I got is 1.70 GHz. That's a way lower grade of processor than advertised. I contacted best buy support. I did chat, phone call and go to the near-by best buy store. Wasted a lot of time without any satisfactory resolution of the issue. They told me an exchange might be possible, but it's not going to work practically for me. I spent days/weeks to setup my laptop, and have a bunch of tools and software already installed and configured that I cannot lose. I want BestBuy to provide me partial refund (diff between low-grade and high-grade processor), but they said they cannot. "Keeping this whole thing aside", this is more of an "unethical practices to do business" at the end of the day - that's you promise high-grade processor but supply low-grade one. It's good that I came across this difference as I checked the system. If this happens with elderly (or non-technical) people, chances are that they wouldn't recognize that they got cheated." I also file a consumer complain for this (with documents like receipt, configuration, etc.). To all of you - if you see something like this (which is unethical and deceive way), please go after it until a satisfactory resolution is reached.

Price was within my budget for this item and the the salesperson was helpful in selecting the right laptop.

Deffenetly worth the money. Smooth operation and setup was quick and easy. Overall quality very good and feels good to the touch.

This product is awesome. However, I was expecting more battery life. 16 Gb RAM is enough to run heavy software.
