    Just over 2 years old and completely crashed. Took it into Best Buy and was told it couldn’t be fixed. The motherboard died with no clear cause and no previous issues.

    Perfect size laptop for my daughter to bring to college. The school recommended the 16 inch Dell, which was too large for my daughter. Had to buy a stylus for $100 but still this was a good value and my daughters preference.

    Clear, crisp quality of graphics, easy to use. Only knock is that it only has numbers on top of letters, not also on right hand side of keyboard.

    So far only issue I could think is when 1 year office subscription is added as part of purchase then why we should be asked to entered Product Key to use Office.
