The Dell - Inspiron 14" 2-in-1 Laptop is a well-designed laptop, very fast and has significant memory and storage. I have tested and used it and the following are my observations: - I got the platinum silver laptop. It is a nice looking laptop and I like the 14" size. This is a little smaller than previous laptops I have owned. I really like the size and the keyboard and screen don't really feel any smaller to me than a 15" laptop due to the way it is laid out. The unit is only 0.61" - 0.73" high x 12.36" wide x 8.92" deep and only weighs 3.48 lbs, so it is very slim and lightweight. - It includes an Intel Core i7 - 1355U Processor, with 16GB of memory and a 1TB SSD hard drive. It is super fast to login to or pull up websites or for any other processing I do. I love the fact it has a 1TB SSD. I have a lot of photos, music, and videos stored on my laptop. There aren't a lot of laptops with this much storage anymore, so it is really nice I can store those items right on the laptop, instead of having to store some items on a separate external drive. - The video graphics are great. Very sharp, bright and good colors. I've watched a movie that had some dark scenes and was even able to see the dark areas well. - It has a fingerprint reader, which I don't really need since it won't leave my home, but I can see where his would be a nice security feature if you are traveling with this laptop or if using for remote work and privacy is needed. - It has a backlit keyboard, which is great for when I am lounging in a dark room at night and need to do some work online. - It comes with the most recent Windows 11 Home edition. - The laptop comes with the following ports: 1 HDMI 1.4, 2 Intel Thunderbolt 4.0 (one for charging the laptop), 1 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, and 1 Universal Audio Jack. It also has 1 SD card reader. It seems to have all the bases covered for the ports needed to connect most things. For my purposes, I wish it had a second USB port, as I have multiple USB devices I connect, but I can just rotate between them or use a docking station. It's nice to have the SD card reader, as that is not always included on systems these days. - The Webcam is 1080p and it has a Dual Digital Microphone Array with Temporal Noise Reduction enabled. I have connected to a WebEx and Zoom meeting and the video and audio are very clear and I'm told the other participants can hear and see me well also. - The speaker sound is good, in that I can hear voices, video, music and everything clearly, without distortion. Of course, I'm not going to be turning up the volume and expecting to rock out to the built in speakers, as you aren't going to get heavy bass via laptop speakers, but that's what you connect headphones for. These speakers seem to be good for typical laptop use. I can also connect my iPhone via Bluetooth and stream music or podcasts from my phone, which is a nice feature. - I like the 2-in1 features, as I like to use it in laptop mode when at my desk, but I like to use it as a tablet when lounging elsewhere in my house. It can be converted to laptop, tent, stand or tablet mode. It also allows touch screen or you can use an optional active pen. The hinge seems very sturdy so I don't expect any problems with switching regularly between modes. - There is a manual privacy shutter you can open and close over the camera. This is nice as it keeps you from accidentally connecting to video when you don't want to, or from anyone spying on you. - This laptop has an express charge feature that allows you to get up to an 80% battery charge within 60 minutes. Overall, I am very pleased with this laptop and all the features it has. It is a well-designed unit and it will work quite well for all of my purposes.

Love this laptop it’s a lot better than my old laptop.

The laptop is in great condition but sometimes do a force restart.
