    The machine is ok. I get about 3-4 hours of battery time while using it and 8hrs of standby time. Couple of things I dislike: 1. The display quality : The screens resolution is really bad compared to other machines that I have used. 2. The keyboard is very average.

    It was missing charger in the box, other than i like the product. I went to shop but they didn’t give me any solution even though they don’t know open box excellent condition.

    this wont be good for music lovers. it constantly has audio issues where it cant connect to headphones or audio interface without restarting. now no sound is working at all! not even from the pc

    The computer seems to be fine but with no manual or instruction as to how to get it to do various tasks, I will not be able to take advantage of its capabilities.

    Defective hing design & terrbile customer service

    The actual computer is fine. However, the hinge jammed within a couple of months and it broke the screen. Dell service was horrible. The hinge design is clearly defective, yet they tried to make me pay for the repair. This may be the last Dell I ever buy.

    It has given several problems with audio updates. I called technical service and in the middle of a virtual meeting I was left without audio (I did not listen, and they do not listen to me).

    It was sold to me as nearly brand new, open-box excellent condition, and there were numerous audio/display/keyboard issues. If it had worked it seemed satisafactory.

    The computer is a good size but almost every time on start up it gives me a blue screen telling me to run in recovery mode. I also don’t like how it exits all my webpages every time the screen times out. The space is nice, but I’d prefer something more reliable. Stinks to spend so much on a device I can only use for word documents or to browse the internet when the intended purpose was for school and work.

    At first it was great except that it could be a little hard to get it to start charging, then after a few days the touch screen stopped working and the screen kept glitching out in other ways. If it had worked well it definitely would have been a very nice laptop, but it broke too quickly to have been worth the $700 I paid for it
