Love this lap top. Works fast and the tablet feature is excellent. Light weight and great battery life

This is an excellent product in this price class. The display is exceptionally bright and the backlit keyboard makes it cool to operate in dard or low light. The 1TB ssd drive endures fast storage which one never runs out of. The 13th Gen i7 is super fast mami g the laptop a delight to use. The battery life is good enough to last for 7-8 hours of usage. Overall an exceptional buy at the discounted price of an open box item.

I love this lightweight and fast laptop. You can use as tablet or bend in half. It was easy to transfer my info from old computer. I love Best Buy. I do like to go a check out the computer instead of buying on line. You can't go wrong with this computer.

I love it, I've had it since June 2024. It's fast, the camera is excellent, it has high capacity, it's wonderful, highly recommended. The most important thing is that I bought the OPEN BOX, but it didn't come with its original charger. Its size is ideal for financial advisors like me.

The 1920 x 1200 screen is a really nice upgrade from standard 1920 x 1080, and this computer is fast and performant with a good keyboard, a fast CPU, and tons of RAM. I use this for business, not gaming, but it handles indie games (eg Brotato) with ease, and can probably play most strategy games too. I've used it for video and audio editing too and while it's not some 4090 enhanced desktop beast, it's surprisingly solid at anything I've thrown at it. It won't win any style awards, but for a machine that will last for years of solid school / business / home performance, it's a star. Think of it as the the Toyota Corolla of laptops. Been using it a few weeks and it's been great for everything.

It's a beautiful laptop and beautiful graphics. The keyboards are really nice, I like the touch screen, compatible, with almost everything with this computer I am satisfied. There are 2 things that concern me, one that I noticed in the beginning and one that began doing recently. I've had this product for about a month already. When I first got it and it loaded it was great, when I uploaded some of my documents, apps whenever it'd start loading up I'd notice a small black glitch appear on the side of the screen then disappear. It wouldn't come out every time only sometimes which I thought I could just ignore it. The thing that got my concern is how recently the computer sometimes started to make static noises while the fans work. I thought it was the charger, but I brought up the laptop to my ear and it was a static noise when the fans were working. Not sure if that's normal but it didn't make those noises before. It's a great laptop, not bad for the price I bought it for just worried about the small technical things becoming bigger problems later.

I like this computer because its fast, light, and good looking. I have a good history with Dell computers and I completely expect this to be a good one as well. Always durable and dependable, and this one is no exception.

My Dell stopped working a week before Christmas so I was looking for a cheap replacement, without it being a cheap quality. I found rhis one on bestbuy.com and after researching many laptops on many sites, I decided on giving this one a try. So far so good. My other laptop was a 17" so dropping to a 14" is a little rough, but not as bad as I thought it would be. The fact it is much smaller and lighter then my old Dell is a major plus. The biggest downside by far is the battery life. I only get about 3 hours of use before needing to plug in. Also it gets very hot even during the initial setup, I was worried because of how warm it got underneath. I found propping it up so air can circulate. Also,it doesnt have a full keyboard (no number pad on the right).Overall I am very satisfied with this little gem. Just need to adjust to it and keep an eye on the heating issue.

Got it for the wife for Christmas. Just the size she wanted. Thin and light. Starts up fast and runs fast. Added Microsoft office also. I’m not going to make a long technical review. It’s a good laptop with a good display

Brought 2 of them. Both my husband and i Love them. A lot faster than our old ones that were at least 6 or more years old. Easy to turn on and secure. A lot lighter and easy to carry.

Really nice computer. Lightweight, fast, battery lasts long, and so far have had no issues. I like the touchscreen, fingerprint tab, and the fact that it can flip around to a flat surface too!

Purchased for my dad. Good laptop overall. Feels durable yet lightweight. Like the touch screen. It’s very fast and quiet. I do wish it had more USB inputs and the fan seems to speed up randomly even when only browsing the internet. Happy with my purchase.
