Worst computer ever. Got scammed for what I payed for it was not working well and it cost me almost 1k

Unfortunately, had to return it the minute it got delivered because it had a defective screen right out of the box

Dell has always been a well known name to me. I have owned a few computers from them and have always been happy with the performance. This 2 in 1 laptop is another great product from Dell. It has a nice silver finish and is complimented well with a black bezel around the screen. The black is nice because it helps contrast the screen and reduces strain on my eyes when compared to my other laptop. The ability to flip around and become a tablet is cool. I enjoy the different positions this can be setup in to use. My favorites are traditional laptop and the tent mode. The touchscreen is good. It has good response to my touch. I don't have to push hard to get it to work, which is nice. Startup is super fast. That 16 GB of RAM definitely helps. Basically turn it on and go. Great feature. Plenty of space with a 1 TB SSD. Windows works as it should and I have no complaints there. The one thing I am not impressed with is the audio. It advertises it has great sound and is enhanced but honestly, there is no depth to the sound. It's a thin laptop. There is just no way to get detailed sound from such a small space. Other than that I am happy with this 2 in 1 and am glad to own it.

We have had this Dell Inspiron for about 1 month. Very pleased with it. Easy to get started and is super-fast. There is nothing that I don't like about it. We use it for Zoom meetings, internet browsing and managing online accounts. No other retailer had a lower price than Best Buy.

The Dell Inspiron 14.0" 2-in-1 Touch Laptop 13th Gen Intel Core i7 with 16GB memory and 1TB SSD in Platinum Silver is a great laptop to have to take care of everyday tasks. While it's no gaming powerhouse, it does well with games like Candy Crush, and other puzzle games. The screen can be completely flipped around to use this laptop like a large tablet. The touch screen is very responsive and easy to view at just about any angle. My daughter used to to draw, and she liked how it worked. It also has a fingerprint scanner to be able to unlock the laptop, but this does require you to setup a password to unlock the laptop when you boot into Windows. One thing I don't like about this is the when folded in the tablet mode, the keyboard is exposed on the back side. This leave to possibility of scratching up your keys if you decide to set it down in this mode. The laptop speakers sound is actually quite good. Much better than I expected for a laptop of this size. It also comes with Dolby software that helps make just about any speaker sound good. It woks very well with headphones especially. The charging system is very clever in my opinion. It uses one of the two USB-C ports on the side. While charging, this still leave one port open for activities. And when not charging, you have two ports, and the charger can also be used charge just about anything else that accepts USB-C. This laptop is very lightweight and has a small footprint, so traveling with it should be pretty easy. It should fit in just about any backpack. One other small issue I have with this laptop is that it can get pretty loud when it's being stressed, and it does get pretty warm to the touch. Likes: 1.) Good performance 2.) Portability 3.) Charging system Dislikes: 1.) Exposed keyboard in tablet mode 2.) Can get loud when stressed 3.) Price

This laptop is the perfect size for carrying around for work. I use it for Zoom meetings, word processing and a lot of playing Sims. It gets the job done for what I need it to do and is very fast. I appreciate having a device that is portable and up-to-date without breaking my bank account.

The Dell Inspiron is a good daily productivity computer. For the average person, the laptop will meet all of your needs. Setup of the computer is very simple. Power on the device, login to your Microsoft account, and answer a few question, and within a few minutes your laptop will be ready to go. The laptop is pretty bloat free, and the only thing I ended up removing is the McAfee software. Office is pre-installed, so if you already have a Microsoft 365 account you will be ready to go with no additional software. The laptop comes with 2 USB-C ports, an HDMI port, one USB-A port, and a SD-Card slot. I really wish that the laptop would have had 2 USB-A slots instead of a SD-Card slot, since SD isn't that useful anymore and anyone who needs to use an SD card can easily get a USB-to SD reader. The performance of the laptop is pretty good with the 13th generation i7 CPU and 16 GB of RAM. It also has more than enough storage with a 1TB SSD. The laptop has a Wifi adapter that supports Wifi 6 and it works pretty well. However I was a little disapointed that doing a speed test from both my laptop and iPhone the same location, the iPhone was able to get a higher speed.

Bought for engineering for college. Runs pretty well for what I need it for. 2-in-1 is a nice touch. Solid battery life. I'm a big fan and it's been awesome for the price. Obviously no crazy top end specs but for what I need it for it's been great.

So happy i went back to best buy in goodyear and spoke to Alejandro. He made things right for me as i had putchased a HP laptop from another rep and he shared it would do all that i needed it to. More importantly was the compatibility with my docking station. Well that rep was wrong… alejandro on the other hand knew his business and recommended this gem. It powers multiple monitors using my docking station and is super fast. So happy with this laptop.

Nice, light laptop for daily academic use. Helps me with running my Matlab codes.

Excellent value. (Gift) Recipient is very pleased with the Capacity and Speed. Comparable to HP for less money. Hybrid screen/use makes it versatile and slashes search time. Dell is well known for office set ups requiring daily use; so..why not try it for personal use? 1st Dell purchase: longevity TBD. GEEK squad is helpful for software installation, file transfers and set up. Ready to go! Thanks Best Buy.
