First off arrived nicely packed from the carrier. Open the box up and you will find your 14” laptop along with a power brick. Yup, still using bricks I wonder if we could ever find a way? After unboxing I was just kind of admiring the awesome look. We own a few other laptops and this one looks really cool probably because the key board looks different. Powering on way an easy process and after some updates logging in was no problem. Not being a gamer I mainly use the laptops I have strictly for work purposes. I use it to look at reports and I often have at least six or seven open tabs going at once because everything we use is cloud based and this computers ability to handle that is outstanding. I had no issues listening to phone calls on one tab and pulling up the business center on another searching for products. I was really impressed. The other reason I upgraded was because I had a hard time listening to calls on the max volume of my other laptop. I sat at my dinner table while my wife was cooking and listening to music and was able to actually hear the calls! Seriously excited about that! Wrapping up the fast processing, cool looks and slight speaker improvement this laptop is impressive and I recommend to anyone

I have enjoyed using this laptop from the day I bought it. I like the bright screen, webcam cover, and light weight. It works for what I need it to do with my emails and surfing the web. It was economically priced on sale too and came loaded with everything I needed to turn it on and use it right away.

I have owned this current generation Inspiron for over a month, with daily usage, and have no complaints. The features and performance are exactly as advertised. My previous Dell Inspiron is now 12 years old, and while still functional, there is no comparison. This is a sound purchase for the quality and features provided.

Bought during Black Friday for very good sale price of $699, and then got $107 more off two weeks later when saw it at $599 sale price. I was able to easily dual boot it, using Linux Mint as my main operating system, keeping Windows for the year of warranty. Since there is a TB of storage, I may not even remove Windows after the warranty expires. I'm very happy with the specs for this price point. Soldered ram isn't the best feature, but 16GB should be plenty for my needs. The only feature I would seriously improve, is the SD card only inserts about a third of the way into the slot. Hate that it sticks out. Very pleased with this laptop. Can't speak to the battery life, as I keep it plugged in. I'm running multiple browsers, many open tabs, and several apps, without any strain at all. Onboard camera is much better resolution for video chats. Great laptop experience.

Good working laptop got it for my mother for Mother’s Day. She loves it uses it every day. Good performance for work. For what she does I would recommend it for anyone else

Great laptop for the money. Very fast and incredible graphics. Only downfall is the number of ports but you can find ways to get around that limitation.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. It’s easy to set and comes with more than enough memory for her, also has the basic MS Ofice suit that she uses.

Works perfectly for what I intended! I only got it for school work and casual gaming and it’s been wonderful. I never expected it to run super beefy software, so I haven’t tested it.

I bought this computer to replace an older one. Easy to use. Has a lot of updates on it. My older computer was about eleven years old. It was also on sale.

The laptop is excellent and budget-friendly, but the only drawback was that it wasn't prepared when expected, so I had to return for it a day later.
