I wanted to love this laptop but I couldn’t even manage to get one without a physical defect present on the right hinge (there should be no gap at all or any other sort of misalignment, especially when purchased brand new, straight from the box). I returned the first one they’d sent me in exchange for the same model and that one also had the same defect present. At that point I just returned the laptop and bought one from a different brand altogether. This was quite a disappointing experience as I really loved the specs of this laptop and how sleek the design is, but I couldn’t tolerate these poor manufacturing errors that are evidently consistent across this particular model.

very good first laptop for the price although was a little slow at first

I purchased this laptop last year January and it has been phenomenal in terms of functionality, speed, and overall performance. I really like this product. The downside to this is, roughly after 6 months of purchasing, the fan stopped working and I had it repaired under warranty. After the Dell technician repaired it, the right hinge started came loose and left the screen hanging. Again, another technician came in a completed the repairs. Six months after that repair, the hinges went out again in the same spot and dell suggested I pay for the repairs since its no longer under warranty, even though this is a previous problem I had with them. If you decide to get the laptop, I recommend purchasing the extended warranty, otherwise I do not recommend. I do not think I will ever purchase another dell product for personal or professional use.

Great laptop. My second buy. Speedy. Light weight. Battery life is great, but could be better. It is very advanced, yet so easy to set up and navigate. Great display. Touchscreen works well. Feels good to the touch, and the blue color is perfect. I love this laptop.

Problems with it from beginning. Stuck in scan mode

Pretty nice laptop. Light weight and is really portable. The color and clarity are great. Also a 16 go memory module is definitely a plus. Seems to have enough pier to perform everyday tasks. However if you want play games on it wouldn’t recommend it. Seems a little slow doing multiple tasks. Overall I would recommend it for persons not performing graphic intensive tasks.

For the price, it's a great deal considering the specs of the laptop. It runs smooth even with multiple programs running and overall great performance. The battery life of the laptop is also great alongside with the storage available.

It's a steal to get the laptop as compared to the other laptops in the price range. The ram is on par with the competition while the 1TB fast storage makes it the ideal choice for students who need the extra space. Battery life is solid that you can leave the charger for all day productivity and the entire package is light enough to carry around the campus all day in case you do need to carry around your charger. Lastly, The blue is a beautiful color. Would recommend as compared to the black and silver.

The best laptop I have ever owned. It's got everything. It's the perfect size and very lightweight. The 1TB SSD and the 16GB of memory are the perfect combination for speed and multitasking. The AMD processor is powerful and works so fast. The touch screen display is extremely clear. I'm a home user, but this laptop would also be perfect for business, or college students that need to "crunch" technical data.

Been loving this laptop. So nice to have touch screen. It’s compact enough to carry in my bag. The laptop itself has all the features I need and the GB is perfect for what I use it. I have lots of photos and videos so I wanted plenty of space.

I have been happy with my purchase so far. It seems sturdy enough for my use and a really like the tablet touchscreen feature for annotating e-books. It is lightweight and justthe right size for me, I am glad I didn’t go with a larger option.

This computer is it. The HD-quality videos look amazing. The battery lasts a full day and the speakers sound really crisp. The touch is smooth and you can also change into tablet mode. When you have many tabs open the fan will turn on and sound loud, but you can change it to be quiet in the computer settings.

Excellent speed. Easy to use. The size is perfect for my work, both at home and on the go. I love this laptop. Battery life could have been little better.

Very fast, easy to use, extremely easy to set up, it was basically turn it on and start using it. The SSD memory is definitely faster than my prior computer, which had an old-school hard drive. The compact size makes it easy to travel with but the screen is still large enough to be useful for handling documents. I have never had a touch screen computer before and I really like it. When you flip the screen all the way around it deactivates the keyboard and you can use it as a tablet, which is especially handy for watching videos.

I bought this laptop for my daughter. She is delighted with it. It is fast, and the 1TB HD offers all the space she needs and more. The blue gray color is great!

(this was mistakenly posted in Geek Squad!) I couldn't be happier with Dell Inspiron 15" 4 in 1 (16 G, 1T) in lavender blue! For the price I can't believe it is this packed with things I wanted - storage, Windows 11, fingerprint recognition, link to phone for calls/messages, touchscreen - holy cow. I researched many others and couldn't find a competitor coming close. Plus at my workplaces I've always had Dell laptops (but never at home) and they are very reliable. So thrilled.
