Love this product and its features ; I must say Dell has improved enough memory gigabytes for most of my needs with laptop, I wanted touchscreen & keyboard best of both, battery life great long lasting, compatibility with Apple & Andriod devices, using Word, Excel, Outlook, for photos, video music and editing. I found all these features in the one laptop !! Great product updated features !! Worth the $$

It is a very good laptop it is very powerful and well priced I am a college student and it is really helpful and its battery life is amazing I can use it all day and there would still be 30% to 20% left. The only bad thing about it is if you want to use any Linux-based or FreeBSD operating system you will not be able to use Bluetooth I had some problems with ports but if you are using Windows it is going to work flawlessly.

We bought this as a gift for a teenager and so far it's a hit. The size is good to make it easier to carry along for schoolwork but it also works for some games. The color is very nice as well. Fingers crossed it holds up long term!

Purchased for son who is a high school student. Very quick. Solid keyboard and adequate screen for school or business work. Plenty of memory and storage to last into clooge years. Recommended.
