This computer is awesome. Love the AMD processor and the fact that at a good price, we got 1TB of solid state drive memory (Solid State Drive rules!!!!) Windows 11 is an improvement over Windows 10 also.

This laptop is a real keeper. It is built as well as the more expensive XPS models and has similar performance for a lot less money. Very nice screen, great touch pad and touch screen. Nothing not to like!

Does everything I need to and I only have one small annoyance which is the fan which can be quite loud at times even if I'm just doing normal class work or listening to music.

My daughter love it! Shes starting the University and so far it is perfect. She turn off every time that she close it, so she keep the bateries. Doing that, she can go all day without bateries charges.

Excellent computer, I took about to do research on different computers to find the best one for school and this one came with everything included that I needed to start my online program.

Bought this for my son starting college and he is very pleased. The 14" screen size is just the right size. The color is good too and looks a little purplish/lavender only at certain angles.

Works beautifully! Not too big or small, I needed it as I'm going back to school for a technology related degree and I have it dual booted with Linux and it's been runny smoothly for me!

Picked this up because my older laptop would run Windows 11. Has plenty of power to do everything I need it to do. I run VMware to test Linux systems and it rocks.

Good laptop. I have not been disappointed with this purchase. My last laptop I purchased did not work out. This laptop does it everything I need to do with any stalls.

This laptop was part of an early Black Friday deal and the price was great for the hardware you get. Unfortunately a week after buying the laptop the ssd inside somehow came disconnected and I returned it for a new one. If it wasn’t for that it would be a five star review. The computer is great now that I have a working one. Best Buy’s customer was very helpful with the return and made it pretty easy to exchange for a new one. I think I may have just gotten unlucky but it might be worth it to go for the extra protection that allows you to return it for 60 days.

The trackpad sticks far too frequently and causes mess-ups while writing. For a college student, this is not insignificant. It's pretty good overall. Just not quite what you should expect for the price.

Very happy so far with the new laptop! It is working great and is light and very functional. Nice job Dell and Best Buy!

Bought to replace an old MacBook. Like the size and features, just home use and based on new chip recommendations and discount pricing it looks like a good deal. Easy to set up and adapt to. Hope to use for years.
