Battery life is poor for a 512SSD 4K display. Reading the specs said battery life up to 8hrs and I've experienced only 2hrs. Sometimes the screen blacks out momentarily while reading an article or ends my internet connection.

Excellent laptop computer. We have had no issues with this since purchase and performs great.

I had this laptop for 4 weeks before returning it. I had only used it for checking emails, Facebook, etc. I had not installed any other software. One evening it started giving me an error message and requiring me to run diagnostic test. Test would come back fine but when computer rebooted, it would do the same thing again. I had purchased the 2 yr extended warranty from Geek Squad. When I took the laptop to Geek Squad to have repaired, they told me it would be $149 to check/repair software as the extended warranty doesn't cover software. This made me mad because the only software on the computer was factory installed. I decided to return the computer and look for something other than Dell.

I may have purchased more than needed with this laptop as I never utilize the touch screen. Had some initial issues with graphics and some othere items that Dell tech support resolved. But a USB port is loose in less than a year.

Purchased this 2 in 1 laptop a few weeks ago, so far works great.

-solid construction -quick and responsive -solid state hard drive is quiet, runs cool, and responds quickly. -I purchase work computers to get 3 years use before they begin to lag. My last one was an inspiron and it still runs great as a backup. I expect the same from this one.

Originally bought another brand of laptop, had nothing but trouble with it. It spent more time at Geek squad then it did in my house. Exchanged it once for the same model, that one didn't work either. exchanged it for this Dell, everything now works great! The Best Buy customer service was superb, they did everything they could to make me happy.

The Dell laptop is much faster then I thought it would be.

I have owned many laptops over the years and Dell is my usual pick. They make a decent laptop but customer service is weak. Good luck understanding what they are saying.

SO far I like the computer but I don't like the fact that when going into tablet mode and resting it on the table you get scratches on the doc of the computer.
