My wife and I came in looking for a laptop at an affordable price. The service was excellent and we looked at multiple products. Ultimately we chose to go with the Dell laptop and we have been very happy with our decision.

So far so good. 1st time using Windows 10, so far so good.

I really wish I could have recommended this one. I was really looking forward to using the flip feature so I have a full PC and tablet in one. The fan runs constantly. The heat is extreme and there are little tiny holes to let the air escape. Don't even think about using it on your *lap*. I really just don't like it. In trying to find SOMETHING positive, I do like that it has a backlit keyboard.

Went from an HP laptop after 13 months of repeated issues that turned into one headache after another. This Dell 2 in 1 with solid state hardrive has been delightful to work with and most of all my daughter has a smile again.

With the I-5 core processor and the memory it has, this computer rocks. love the versatility and the smooth operation of flawless transition between programs. Great display and sleek design.

I haven't really used this yet because it is very different from my old laptop. Would probably give a higher rating if I had used it more. Love the touch screen feature as well as the fact that I can use it like a tablet

This laptop is extremely fast and sleek. It has a beautiful display. One thing I don't like is the power button placement on the side, but a lot of laptops are starting to do that. I will get used to it, overall great product.

With a few pointers from the friendly Geek Squad member during my free set up session I have moved right into using my new laptop with much less trauma than in the past when switching to a new computer. So far just love it...

This is my first solid state drive and all I can say is load times are amazing. I ended up having to exchange the first one because of touch screen issues. But Best Buy took care of me and my replacement works flawlessly.

I bought it for my 16 years old son. It is solid, turns on really quick, very good grapics and after a few weeks using it works perfectly. Fan could be a little bit noise from time to time but overall a great buy.

I bought this laptop for my child and he/she loves it. It's fast and has amazing graphics. Not to mention it can be used as a tablet. Perfect for college and personal use. I just wished i bought another for myself.

I love the solid state drive & touch screen on this computer. It's much faster than a typical hard drive and I don't have to worry about traveling with it since it's so much more stable. It works perfectly for my needs.

Right out of the box I noticed that some of the pixels weren't completely black in the corners during startup but I was willing to deal with that considering the price was so good. The picture was great and the screen seemed huge but overall it was too heavy. The biggest reason for the 2 star review is that the speakers went out within the first week of using the computer. I ran the diagnostics test on it and even factory reset it but nothing worked so I took it back and got a refund.

She loves this computer. Dose everything she uses it for and will do more as she grows older. Just the correct size for her since she is 8 years old. This units display is very clear and looks great and very fast.

I love the tablet feature, it's so sleek and luxurious it make sure me feel like i have a Mac product in my hands. It's touch screen and the screen is just beautiful and doesn't get covered in fingerprints!

We Love This Dell Laptop. It Is Very Fast And Works Well On My Internal Network/Router System Anywhere In My Three Story House. It Give Us The Versativity To Both Do Our On-Line Work And Interests At The Same Time.

This computer does exactly what I need it to do. My only complaint regards the placement of the on off button. It is easy to accidentally turn off the computer when trying to move it. Otherwise, it works great.

The speaker isn't loud when I try to watch any videos/movies on the laptop. Other than that, very fast, simple, and crisp!

The computer seems to be very quick with processing. It starts quickly and is very quite. I haven't used it much so far but plan on using it a lot fairly soon. The design is sleek and the colors are very vivid.

The computer was fast and worked great. However the physical shell of the laptop, not so much. I'm not rough with it, though after some "regular use" some parts of it just started falling apart.
