Good computer for price. I was nervous about purchasing another Dell after my last experience, but this laptop has been working great and seems much sturdier than Dell models in the past few years.

My first Dell and I'm loving it. The 2 in 1 makes it even better. I use it daily and I don't think I'll ever buy any other brand name laptop but Dell.. I've owned many since 1996 and this by far is the best.

Very good value for the money Clear screen and very versatile as a tablet The battery life is good the only drawbacks are the lack of USB ports and I needed a special connector for my extra screns

I bought this Dell 2 in 1 computer with an exceptional discount during the Black Friday event. It is fast, reliable and has the latest configuration including USB type C and Windows Hello. Excellent choice.

This laptop is not a gaming computer so for any other purpose it is a very fast computer. I love the iris scanner feature and specially like that Dell does not include junk bloatware in this computer

I am very happy with this computer. Obviously the speed and quality are amazing. The SSD drive makes it quiet, fast and never gets hot. If you want it light weight 2-1 laptop, you should spend a little extra and get the 13 inch (yes, the smaller costs more but if you own the 15 incher, you'll understand why.. it's a little less convenient and is sorta heavy). I don't think it replaces a tablet. I like being able to flip the computer into "tent" mode and watch movies OR while sitting on the couch, I can flip the keyboard back and hang it over my knees (makes it like a hands free tablet). I would and HAVE recommended this computer and Best Buy to many friends.

This computer purchased to use for travel. It provides all the power needed for managing e-mails and photos on the road. Lightning fast processor and nice keyboard. Also works very well as a tablet.

This is a great 2-in-1 laptop for the price I payed for. It has that look and feel of a Macbook without it being one which is fantastic if you're not an Apple fan but still like the Macbook design

Taking the advice from the knowledgeable and friendly sales staff I purchased this laptop. Not having a Windows pc in years there is a bit of a relearning curve but Windows10 is user friendly.

Over all it is a great laptop amazing but it didn't have a cd slot at first I thought what that's crazy but truly it's not needed. Fast, works great, and love the fact that it has face ID security

Bought one for my father on his father's day. Great style and flexible to 90 degree as well as easy to operate at his age of 82. Will buy another one soon for my wife.

Was looking for a computer to organize and handle consulting work and a PhD program. This computer is great! Handles multiple application well, organized libraries. Cortana very helpful, too!

Dell computer meets all our needs, including conversion of photos from camera and is easy to use. It is also very convenient to take with us as we travel from place to place. Highly recommend.

I think this laptop is very well built, But it not enough space, I want to see if I can get an expansion soon. But the display is very clear, if you adjust it. Very fast and reliable.

Easy to set up and use, even by this computer non-geek. Crisp screen, easy keyboard touch, I have no complaints. Only thing I'd change: I wish I had a numeric keypad ... but that's minor.

Changing from a Toshiba that we have owned for 4 years. What a change!! The Solid State Drive is super fast!! Start up time is lightning fast. Excellent display as well as WiFi connectivity.

I bought this computer for my mom to use. One key feature to help decide was the SSD drive. I do wish there was the option for more customizing, but this had most of what i wanted.
