I’ve had this laptop for about 3 years and I must say that it is great and has stood the test of time. All functionality has remained in good condition. I’ve used this for personals d for work purposes and it’s great. I was previously a Mac person but now only buy PC. Can’t go wrong with a good and decently spec’d Dell Laptop. The 2-in-1 feature is great. I may get a smaller 2-in-1 as using the 15.6” as a tablet is not always so functional. Great nonetheless.

Performance just perfect. Ideal for students. Easy to use. Can easily switch from a laptop to a tablet.

Bought this for my daughter. She loves it and uses the tablet feature daily. Fast and works for gaming.

I was worried about getting a Dell but the price was great. I love it, easy to use. The hinge for flipping the screen seems very durable.

Perfect computer for our families home use. We've had this computer for about a month and it's exactly what we wanted. We've had no issues.

This unit has been nothing but great. Works hard and fast and has a long lasting battery life.... Love this 2 in 1 and GO DELL.....

Over all the computer does very well. There are 3 main draw backs I have noticed. These draw backs are not consistent and has not hindered the use of the PC 1. The facial log in doesn't always work. When it turns on it works great but it doesn't turn on about 25% of the time. 2. The touch screen seems to disable itself. It is rare but happens probably 5% of the time. 3. The location of the power button, I have accidentally powered my PC down many times attempt to just re situate the location of the PC on the table.

Bought this as a gift. So far so good as far as setup and battery life. We are not big on Windows 10 but that's the only negative.

I bought this computer for wife. It serves as a great computer school as well as when I need to do a few higher level things like run SAS.

I have been pleasantly surprised at the touch screen. It sure makes life simpler than having to use the mouse or keyboard for everything.

The solid state performance delivers as described. Fast and efficient performance. I like the quick response/speed surfing the internet.
