    I like the laptop, especially the digital drive. It meets my expectations but the lack of manuals is an issue. Having the responsibility to get my own documentation to customize my settings is wrong. If Dell thinks it is 'green' to not provide the information they are wrong. I used more paper and ink printing what I needed.

    I have had the laptop just over a year, and this past week, the battery gave out. I read some other posts and found that I am not the only one to have the battery fail so early in. Got a new one, and everything is back up and running. But, it doesn't seem to me like a battery should fail after 14 month.

    This tablet was on sale for $200 off making it the best value for a 2 in 1 with a larger screen size (16") that I could find. The positive reviews also contributed to my decision as well as Dell's reputation for great and expedient service as compared to many other competitor brands I looked at. The screen resolution is excellent!
