Very good computers i will recomend to other and..

I purchased a Lenovo first, salesmans recommendation,returned it two days later, not happy with that product. I exchanged for the Dell, 100.00 dollars more but worth it. Solid feel, quiet fan, quick power up. Very pleased , my wife bought one too.

GREAT COMPUTER FOR MY PERSONAL USE AND AS WELL BUS

Television has great viewing quality and works excellent. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to lag in changing channels. Screen stays black for a few seconds before next channel shows up. All other TVs in house (samsungs) change channel instantly with no lag. But its only a few seconds so big deal.

Purchased as a Christmas gift. Currently, our Dell laptop works perfectly, better than we had expected. Only draw back was the battery life, perhaps down the road improvements will be made. Shout out to the Best Buy Geek Squad, they are awesome!

The technical aspect of this machine is a 5. I gave it 4 stars due to the size of the machine itself. The large screen is nice but the keyboard seems "lost" on the huge surface blow the screen. It's a great machine for business purposes. The 8 GIG of memory and SSD provide a snappy experience.

This computer meets my needs perfectly. I am hearing impaired and it's sound system allow me to hear the instructor without difficulty. The keyboard touch allows me to take advantage of my typing ability and speeds up my writing. Love it!!

I hadn't had a Dell computer in years and wasn't sure about the switch back to windows. But after comparing the specs and prices with Apple, I had to try. This is a very good computer. I like it. Still getting used to windows 10, but better than the old days. Great purchase at a great price.

The aesthics and performance are great. Very fast computer with a back lit key board which looks and performs great at night without the lights on. Screen is very clear and great for streaming movies while traveling. Dell does a good job with lap tops and I would only recommend Dell for a PC.

I needed a replacement computer in a hurry. I went to Best Buy. and got good advice form the Geek Squad. Got a good sales person who listened to me and went through my options. I felt confident with my pick. Geek Squad saved my files and conformed my product to my needs as much as humanly possible.

I am not computer savvy at all. I researched what processor and brands were the best for my needs and went to purchase the Dell just under this one. At the store I got the open box with warranty and faster processor and could not be happier with the savings and product

The computer when first opening it, was very nice. I thought it was very sleek and profound. Has a stable chasis and nice key travel on the keyboard. The keys feel a little cheap but when buying a budget laptop that's expected. Overall I feel it has done me well for the average user

I have had this computer for an over an Year I was a little skeptical about Dell due to my history with their computers, but I must say they have stepped up their game. The computer is everything I need plus additional features. The facial recognition is great feature.

DELL turns out to be the most reliable and this one is just working fine. Very less weight for a 15.6" and looks sleek and stylish in steel grey. The delivery was perfect and well packed. Could have given additional freebies or offers but else its totally worth for 650 bucks....

I have no complaints and use this daily. The start button on the side of the computer took some time to stop accidentally hitting it when moving the computer. I have had no issues since getting accustom to that feature.

Geek Squad agent, Evyette (Honolulu), helped me select the PERFECT computer for my home and business. My Dell laptop is Smart-looking, compact and light weight with all the extras normally provided by Windows 10. Happy that I added the GS Service support to protect this investment.

This laptop is a great combination of tablet and laptop. I am able to travel with it easily and use its multi-functions to suit whatever form works best at that moment. (Tablet form for videos,etc, laptop for papers, etc) My son also loves using this as a tablet to play games.

This was a gift for our son. He plays minecraft on, skypes etc. Have nothing but good experiences with Dell and Intel chips. Love the casing around it, has a great feel. Not cheap at all in terms of material. Love it.

Bought as a gift for Wife, was actually looking for HP. But left the store with the Dell it's been several months and have had no complaints. Ended up getting a Bigger laptop, faster processor, more memory, touch screen, and backlit keyboard for MUCH less than the HP was.
