It is a bit hard to get used to due to the very touchy mouse. Moving fast increases the screen size for some reason so it is very sensitive. The touch screen is excellent and the picture/graphics are super!

This is an okay laptop nothing to write home about

Fast start up with SSD, nice graphics, nice weight, nice audio! I agree with a previous reviewer though in wishing the speakers were on top rather than the underside. When streaming video, I find myself using a higher volume than I normally would, due to speaker location.

We bought this for our daughter who is taking on-line college classes. The laptop itself is great however; I was a little disappointed that there were no offers from Dell for free trials on anti-virus programs or other software that you get when you purchase an HP.

Cannot beat the quality and specs on this laptop for an adult male who uses a laptop to surf the net a bit, read some news/sports, and play some cards. It is sleek, lightweight (so travel friendly), has many great tech specs, and is priced perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

I bought this after returning a different model laptop. This laptop starts up fast and works and connects very well with my home WiFi network and printer. My wife was looking for a new laptop and after an earlier dud, this one worked out great and we are very happy.

Easy to setup. Great looking unit. A bit disappointed with the response speed considering it has a full SSD and an Intel i5 processor. I was expecting the SSD to boost the otherwise acceptable speed of the i5.

Everything is fine about this lap top. The smaller size and placement of the keyboard is something to be aware of . It takes getting used to. I'm not computer savvy enough to recommend products so I have checked no in the box below for that reason only.

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. I went into Best Buy with some specific ideas in mind for price and quality and this checked all the boxes. The tablet mode works great for quick reporting and also to display different videos during an open house.

Asked for a replacement because the display was flawed as received by emerging traces of moving cursor by arrow keys when editing text on google document editor. The replacement laptop revealed the same problem. A bit disappointed for the asking price.

I bought the laptop on sale. Was a solid performer, but several limitations. When some other units went on sale, opted to return. A good choice if you don't mind the extra weight and other limitations.

What a treat to have the newest technology in a laptop / tablet. Its compact enough for travel, but big enough with travel hub added to include my wireless mouse, printer connection, ergonomic keyboard and dvd writer when at home, and / or on the go.... :)

I'm really enjoying the flexibility this 2-1 laptop affords me. No longer stuck in one place to get my "stuff" done. Now I can work at home or on the go.

Awesome new laptop. I had a old HP which was very out dated. Would have purchased a HP. But there was nothing what these kind features within my price range. Great with multi tasking. Quick start up. Plenty of space. Great Dell support team.

We did a ton of ton of reading and question asking. This laptop fit the bill on both features and cost fir our son's first laptop for college next year.

Very solid product for the price. The laptop starts up very fast, processing is quick and it just "feels" very sturdy! Well-made. The only downside is that there is no CD Drive. I discovered that a few weeks after I purchased the laptop.

I love how the new 2-in1 laptop computers convert to Tablet modes. This is especially handy when you are on the go working with applications that require you to have a tablet. Just handed down the old i-pad because I don't use it anymore

Very good picture quality on standard channels and a little better on HD channels. The SmartTv features are nice for my son. Have not fully explored this device's potential, so difficult to comment. The purchase was well worth the money.

Screen clear sound good cam is clear too.All my acessories work well with this computer.I have a Fellowes wireless keyboard and mouse that workse with this computer. I have connected this computer to my tv via HDMI and works great too.

We wanted to upsize a TV to hang on the wall. The Best BUy salesperson really helped to choose the proper size / technology. It is a great TV placed about 10-15 feet away from the viewing seating and wonderfully clear and crisp.
