I purchased the Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Gray last month, it is a good and fast computer,it serve my need, good deal, thanks.

I cannot believe how fast this laptop is. I purchased a few of these for work and they have been a breeze running all different programs at very fast speeds - much better than the previous laptops we had here of similar specs but didn't have the SSD. My only issues are that the screen hinges seem a little weak/loose and wobble as you type. I also noticed that the power button, being in a weird spot also, is loose and you do have to press it pretty firmly and far. It feels cheap...

I'm impressed with the speed of this computer - OK maybe my old one really did need to be replaced, but this little Dell is really fast. I like the face recognition option for log-in security and with the Best Buy supplied Webroot protection, it has remained very fast. It is a little heavier than some of the ultra light computers, but still plenty light for a 15 inch touch screen. I like the solid, metal case and tight hinges. Nothing but good things to say after a couple of weeks of use

This laptop is perfect for my needs. With a solid state drive, dual band wireless, and decent speed, I can get on quickly and do what I need to do. Though bought and used primarily to do some home development, I have decided to use it as my Office 365 laptop as well. Works great for this. The only thing stopping it from being a 5 star is the same issue as other pre-built systems: bloatware. Stop trying to force facial recognition, specific malware and virus software, etc.

I like the touch screen. Computer is fast enough for home use. The ssd makes for a quick bootup.

Very sleek and slender. I really like the feel and performance. With all the extra space on the keyboard panel, could have had the 10-key keyboard on the side but other than that - GREAT!!!

Love this Dell laptop. It's very fast, doesn't overheat, and has a great touchscreen. The screen also flips backwards to be used as a tablet. When I type my wrist so have a tendancy to touch the touch pad so I often get redirected to a different page or off the line I'm typing on so that made me go down a star. Other then that I love it.

very fast, easy to use! the only thing I would change if I could is where the power button is located, it is easy to accidentally power it off if you are picking the laptop up to move it- other than this very minor annoyance, we love it!

Couldn't be happier with this laptop. Previous to this I had a Dell laptop that lasted for about 7 years, so I decided to stay loyal to the brand. Found a great price on an open box item and had to have it. Very fast PC and love that you can flip into tablet mode. Touch screen works flawless on this PC. Would definitely recommend.

This computer was a gift to my mother, see really enjoys using the 2 in 1 feature, it works quickly and quietly. She has put many hours on this laptop and has embraced it more than any computer before. Windows hello works great, the touch screen make virtual puzzles easy and fun. The portability of this Dell has allowed her to join the family in discussions while still being on the computer taking care of business.

This computer is very fast and has had no problem keeping up with my constant use as a college student. I have played Hearthstone and Pokemon on it with no issues.

My first laptop had a bad SSD and I couldn't get the screen to rotate. Best Buy just exchanged it for a new one. I just began using the replacement and everything is working properly. I'm relatively new to Windows 10 and am Chrome/Gmail user so I'm still getting used to the new machine. It's so much faster than that old Windows 7 laptop and the touchscreen works well. Keyboard is adequate tho not great.

I spent some time researching 15" laptops before deciding on this one. I was sold on the true HD screen and the solid state hard drive. Boot up is quick, and you can sign in through facial recognition. No more passwords to forget. The only downside is the size is a little big to really use as a tablet, but the feature works well. If you think you want more of a tablet, I suggest you go with the 13" model.

I love my new laptop! My husband and son got it for me for Valentines Day! It is quite faster than my old HP. I do miss the number pad on the keyboard and the page scroll on the touchpad but it is a great laptop! I love that it is a touch screen. Once I get used to that I am sure I won't miss the page scroll on the touchpad. Very thin too! Also, it has face recognition to sign on! That's a plus!

This laptop is the perfect one for all your school needs. It's very quick and has a lot of features. It is the best laptop I have ever owned considering I only use mine for schooling and sometimes personal use (shopping, email, Skype and social media). The battery life is also good, I can go two or three days without charging it but I also don't use it all day (roughly 6 - 8 hours a day).
