This laptop has been great for us!! Highly recommend!!

Purchased this computer for basic photo and video editing, and could not be more pleased. Menus and programs pop up quickly, the touch screen is responsive, and the computer is quiet as a mouse. Very happy with the purchase.

What more could you ask for solid state drive which is fast, computer fires right up. Windows 10 facial recognition for a sign on is awesome and all for a really good price I would definitely recommend this to everyone

Got this for my wife to use with her business and it is truly amazing. Super fast, excellent screen resolution, touch screen and the fact she can fold it over to use as a large tablet for presentations makes this a WINNER!

The Computer is very light and easy to carry . Speed of computer is very fast.

Needed something for a client that wasn't too low end and wasn't the fastest thing on the block either. Good midrange machine. I5 quad with a SSD so decently fast. Boots up quick and will be just fine for them.

I loved the big screen however I had to bring the Dell back to exchange it due to it not having a number pad on it. I am doing a lot of data entry so I need a number pad . Other then that I loved it.

The computer itself is pretty darn good. The screen is great and the SSD makes it fast, but I bought 2 of these and 1 failed after less than a month. I'm headed to the store today to exchange it.

Dell has produced a fast well finished laptop. With Windows 10 it boots quickly, runs smoothly, and can handle pretty much anything you through at it. Battery life is good, the i5 processor makes it fly.

I really like this computer. Cooler, faster, better! I really like the SSD hard drive and Windows 10. I bought this on sale and haven't seen anything close to that price with as many features.

This is the first touchscreen lappy i have ever bought and it was quite fun to set up. Bought as a gift and i think they liked it. Its a snappy little lappy but the price was a little nippy.

Bought the laptop for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! It's not only a laptop but it turns into a tablet too! She also loves that it's touch screen and the processor is surprisingly fast.

I really love this laptop it is super fast and very nice. Sometimes the fan runs too long but it may be getting old I’ve had it for 2 years now and use it everyday.

I gave my son this laptop last Christmas and he absolutely loves it. It's just the right weight, right size for an 11yr old. I do use it from time to time and the touchscreen is very responsive!

I needed a new computer after mine was stolen at work. I like this one. It's fast, the 2-in-1 is great, and it was a decent price. I've had it for a couple of months with no major problems.

I had it for 1 week now so far no problems, The size is good, the screen is hd, it's not that heavy you can carry it around. the only thing I didn't like is when I play a game it gets hot

Replaced a cheaper laptop, this is much faster and higher quality than other brand. Didn't think I would use or like touch screen, because I've never had it on a laptop, but it's handy!

I have to listen with ear phones to enjoy music or movies. The sound through the speakers is worse than a clock radio. It is poppy and fades. It sounds like blown speakers. I do not know. It does OK until you listen to music or watch a movie. Love the speed and the other perks it has, but a little disappointed in sound quality. The SSD and back lit keyboad two thumbs up. And finally a computer with two USB 3 connections. One standard and one USB -C Over all I love it could not give it a 5 star due to the sound.

I actually was looking for something durable with not too small of a screen for my disabled cousin and this fit the bill perfect. Setup was easy and it performs great for his needs.
