Worst laptop.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. That’s the worst laptop I ever had. Very slow and always take too much time to start. Lots of problems on it like it can hang anytime and will restart automatically. I never ever recommend this laptop.

pg dn nightmare!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst keyboard ever! The positioning of the "pg up / pg dn" keys send me flying all over the screen. NEVER type without your eyes on the screen, or no telling what is happening! I write for work on our blog, news articles, etc....if you're a gamer maybe this is a good purchase, otherwise forget it. I have to plug in an old keyboard to this laptop in order to work. :( Really defeats the purpose of the portability of a laptop.

3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
