I love this touch screen Dell laptop. It is fast and has a very nice screen. I selected Dell because my school-issued Dell laptop lasted over six years and stood up to a heavy workload. Over the years I’ve purchase two other brands more than once, and they didn’t even make three years. I’m expecting this Dell to be a workhorse like my other Dell.

This laptop is super fast! I like how it can be folded into a tablet or an inverted V in order to hook up a manual keyboard which is my preference if I am doing extended typing. It's a really wonderful laptop! Very slick! I'd highly recommend this Dell product.

Beautiful silver color, nice touch screen , very fast processor and crisp pictures. HDMI connections which helps me connect to a bigger monitor or connect wirelessly though WiFi or blue tooth .

Bought this laptop for college, handy to have the touch screen for navigating around home work and data sheets. Great for shool and powerful enough to run games on in down time.

Large memory for a solid state great for go pro editing and touch screen had to buy and external disk breaker but it was only $27 love also very sturdy metal not plastic I love it

When my old laptop wore out, I decided to step up my expectations. This laptop more than meets my expectations. It surpasses them on speed, sleekness, durability and performance.

Over the years I have had a number of Dell devices almost always favoring my XPS because of it's compact size and good performance. I always looked at the Inspiron line as the entry level. At least now I can say I was wrong. I had been using a device from a company that makes operating systems but after 5 years the device was getting a bit slow. Since I have aged a bit I decided to go with a slightly larger screen but didn't want to sacrifice performance. I also didn't want to spend $2500 on a device! I started with the specs that I wanted in a device; i7 processor, 8 gig of memory and a half terabyte of storage. The flexibility of a tablet would be a huge plus. 4K would be a nice to have but not a critical factor. When I matched up my requirements the Inspiron fit the bill at a very reasonable price point. Weight wise, it isn't much heavier than my Pro tablet but with a lot more real estate. The aluminum case has a nice feel to it. The screen is crisp and clear and the keyboard lighting is adjustable. It works with my touch pen and the touchscreen is very responsive. One feature that I didn't realized it had was a fingerprint reader for logging me in. SO much quicker! I tried the camera in almost complete darkness and it still had good quality. The device is fast! between the i7 processor and the SSD disc system, wait times are minimal.

I needed a laptop replacement as soon as possible and I decided to buy this Dell. It was a great buy! Easy to use, with a great processor! No complaints here.

We love the touch screen, and the ease of operating. The seventeen inch screen size is key to our usage. Hewlett Packard sets the standard in Laptops.

Not only is my new computer great, but the service is even better. I purchased the total protection plan when i bought the computer. This allowed unlimited in-store service. So the Geek Squad transferred all of my data from my old laptop to my new laptop. They also serviced my wife's laptop and installed a new wifi card. They provided instruction on using Windows 10, having had Windows 7 on my previous computer. I could not be happier with my new computer, my new protection plan, and the service provided by Best But and the Geek Squad.

Without a doubt easiest computer to work with especially for the computer challenged. Nice look - sleek - modern & fail safe. Everything is loaded!

I looked for expert recommendations on what to look for in a new laptop so I had an idea of what to look for. This laptop had them all, some even more than what I wanted. Plus, it had just gone on sale. I did have a problem where it quit connecting to the Internet about 3 weeks later. After they couldn't fix it in-house it was sent back to Dell. Have had it back a week and so far so good.

Am loving the new found speed. So easy to use. Geek squad was great in setup.
