8 GB Ram is a little less for the price. Otherwise good. Super fast and sleek.

The keyboard with the back lighting is quite functional. You can see the keys in a darkened room. Unlike the HP envy. It is a sturdy laptop with responsive touch screen and quick start-up. I have been spoiled by other's I have owned which had much better sound amplification. The sound system on this model I would rate it D+.

Good fast easy to use computer right out of package

I bought this laptop for coding. I heard people talking bad about Dell, but I haven’t really had any issues. It did require some tweaks that were preventing me from being able to do my school work. That was kind of a headache but has since been resolved.

It’s a great computer with a lot of power under the hood. Does everything I need for school and the battery life is great.

I enjoy my laptop because it turns on and is ready for my use very quickly. the screen is a good quality not very bright but its good for my personal use. the keyboard is a bit different to that of the traditional. I would of picked one with better options but honesty for 850ish it was not bad Over all I like it

The pc is fast and all you need in a pc except gaming (you need a much faster CPU and graphics card for that). The battery lasts about 4 hours unplugged. This one flips to become a tablet-like device, only bigger. The only drawback is there are only two USB ports and no DVD writer. Otherwise Excellent.

This is a great laptop, I thought it was a gift for my wife, and she loves everything about it! We got a chance to retire the other one and turn it in so that somebody else may have access to the right unit that is not that old... Great product, great price!

This computer all around is great. It has a great picture, memory space, and other capabilities. The touch screen is a great feature which then it can flip into tablet mode. I have no complaints whatsoever about this amazing laptop. Dell is also a better brand.

I purchased this for entertainment use and it turned out to be a great Workhorse. I ended up doing great deal of work at home on weekends. And used a blu-ray player I got from Best buy to watch movies. I'm happy

Does everything I want It to do so far. Since this is my first laptop there was a learning curve in getting used to touchpad and touchscreen navigation. However, It was short and easy using this laptop and Windows 10.

Attractive, light weight laptop that setup efficiently. Boot up and shut down very fast. Brilliant and super sharp display. Wi-Fi connection excellent. Very good sound.

This is a great computer. I prefer Dell computers and this is my 3rd one. They don’t break, I just upgrade to get a faster one. It is very quick and since I’m still with Windows it’s easy enough to get around. Love it.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter to use for college and she loves it! The display is crystal clear and the system runs very efficiently. The battery life is not as long as I hoped but it's great nonetheless.

This specific Dell laptop is a good laptop super fast and convenient, however one thing that didn’t catch my eye was the screen resolution if you don’t care about resolution then your good.

This is my second 2 in 1 Dell laptop. I couldn't think they could make a better product than the one I had before, but they did! Right out of the box you can tell this is a quality laptop. It has a very solid feel to it. Not heavy, but just solid and well built. I know a lot of 2 in 1's the hinges feel flimsy and you feel like its going to break when you go back and forth from tablet mode to regular laptop mode. This thing has some nice beefy hinges on it and im sure they will last many, many, many years! The performance of this laptop far exceeded my expectations. The i7 chip combined with 8GB of memory and a solid state drive makes this machine FAST! Probably faster than any laptop you have ever used before. From when you press the power button to when you can actually use the laptop is a matter of seconds, even if the laptop was completely shut down. I would have liked to see a slightly bigger hard drive, but that's one caveat when getting a laptop with a solid state drive, its usually a lot smaller than the SATA drives. But I knew that coming into it and I am OK with the limited space. I dont store tons of pictures or videos on my computer, so there is enough space and I can always add a SD card or small USB thumb drive if I want to expand it a little bit. The screen on this thing is beautiful, watching movies on Netflix or YouTube are crystal clear, with no lag or buffering at all. I had one gripe about the keyboard not having back-lit keys, but after doing a little research I found that the keys are back-lit, it was just turned off by default when I started up the laptop. So with a simple keystroke the back-light was turned on and I was good to go! The keyboard is your basics laptop keyboard. Im used to a mechanical keyboard, so it takes some getting used to. But it works well. Flipping the laptop into tablet mode is really just as simple as opening it all the way up and folding the keyboard under the screen. Then you can use the computer just as you would a tablet. I found the screen to be very responsive, even to the slightest touch. It is just as quick as it is in the laptop mode as well. As far as the ports go, you get 2 USB, a USB-C, HDMI, SD card reader and a headphone jack. No CD drive or anything like that. But the included ports should easily cover most peoples needs. Overall, this is a solid laptop with very speedy performance! I could see it being used at the office, at the home, for school and everything in between. It truly is an all around great machine! The battery life is great on it too. I can easily use it for a day without having to charge it! I highly recommend this laptop for anyone in the market for a 2 in 1 machine!

Was looking for a laptop for my son whose a senior and can do anything with a computer, after explaining to the Best Buy assistant we made the right purchase this offers everything he needs. Thanks Best Buy rep
