So far I am very pleased with this laptop. Battery life is solid. The screen is a great size for me. I am a crafter and needed something I could run design software on and connect to my Cricut. It is a touch screen which I absolutely love and has the backlit keyboard which is something I thought I would have to go with out. I went with the open box laptop which put it $300 under the new laptop price. This makes it a great deal for the money!

Favorite aspects: Great display experience. Color, clarity, brightness. Fast (browsing), Backlit keyboard. Did not know how much this would help before using this laptop. Have only had a couple of months. Never used a touch screen before so having a little of trouble switching when appropriate. Overall Great Dell creation. No complaints. Just compliments...

I bought a Dell Inspirion 2-in1 FHD Touch Laptop-12th generation Intel Evo i5 in platinum Silver. I did good! This is the best purchase I've made in a long time. The Laptop is has a fast processer and the touch screen great and the screen is so clear and bright. If you are looking for a nice laptop at a very good price, this is the one you should buy. I am sure you will love this machine.....

This is a very capable laptop at a great price point. We love the crisp touchscreen display and the fingerprint login. Battery last quite a while and it is thin and light. Not a gaming laptop, but does do well for daily work chores.

Love my laptop. I have bad eyesight so the larger screen enables me to see what I am doing. In addition, I am able to run many programs on it without any problems.

Powerful, elegant. Got it at a great price, this dell has great power management features with battery optimization to maximize battery charging cycles (battery health). Nice big touch screen. A little heavy but is well constructed.

I'm new to Dell computers as I have been faithful to my HP's for many years. My laptop was slowing and with my busy schedule and the amount of information in a day, it couldn't hold up. I've been a Best Buy customer for so many years, very loyal as I buy ALL of my electronics, TV's and camera equipment, etc. there. I've returned a couple of small items, never any significant. Never disappointed. The Dell laptop has been a great surprise. Much more than I expected at that price point. Looks sleet, has great clarity, has very clear speakers and it's pretty fast. My job is computer demanding and it has certainly met all of my needs. I rate it a "10" for its price point and level of system. Thanks, Kathleen

I love this Inspiron --- just like I loved and still love my old one. Easy to use, very well laid out keyboard, fantastic screen visuals. Speed and memory are perfect for my home/occasional business use.

The performance is excellent. The only issue I found with this laptop is its weight. Too heavy compared to few other options they offer.

The laptop works is very good quality. It runs fast and has a good battery life. And I love that you can also use it as a tablet. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was a great choice! I use it fir my husbands small business and the programs I had to download all work at a high rate of speed. Great laptop fir tge price.

I ALSO bought this computer with hesitation bc all of the other laptops I had would always have something wrong it. Either the screen went out or it became slow. SO I decided on Dell - Inspiron 16 inch touch tablet and OMG! Its smooth like a Rolls-Royce, sexy, fast and versatile. I download a lot of documents for work and I also have to have 3 different browsers, I have QB, I have OneDrive, Google Drive, etc, and this computer keeps up with all the craziness I throw at it! Buy it! You WILL LOVE IT!

I love my Dell Inspiron. It is fast, easy to use and the touchscreen is quick to respond. I've owned HP's, Asus and Dell's but this is the best one.

Loved it!! The battery is super good but the only negative is the weight but that was not my top priority.

This is a great alternative to the dell xps series. this inspiron is not as good of course but its half the price to. The cpu is pretty powerful and impressive, the screen is color accurate and punchy colors and a pretty bright screen. i really like how it has dolby vision, and dolby atmos. i upgraded the ram to 16gb. Buy this laptop its very nice, you wont regret it.
