    So far, so good. It's kind of hard to review something you have only used a few weeks. The only thing I didn't notice when ordering was this laptop does not have a number keypad. I purchased a regular wireless keyboard to go with it so that's not a problem. I also have an external monitor and wireless mouse. So between all of those devices I need to use an USB adapter for the smaller USB port.

    I needed more ports and a larger clearer screen and a more reliable keyboard than by 3 year old Lenova laptop. This is a much better product, however I could have done a better job picking the model. I did not need/want a touch-screen feature and I did need a numerical keypad and I did not get that; both of which were my fault and not Dell's or Best Buy's . I appreciated the assistance of the Geek Squad accomodating my rushed schedule.

    I would give it a 5 star but everyone was right about the mouse. It does have a mind of it's own and have to use a cordless mouse to be able to use the laptop. Other than that I love it. The screen is big it touch screen and love how it fold like a tablet for the kid's.
