I could not be happier, this was a open box item and you would never know it. I returned an HP computer that was brand new and the first day I had issues with it. The quality of this computer hands down 100 times better then the HP. The staff and the manger who help me was outstanding too

I have been using the Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 16” FHD+ Touch Laptop for the past 10 months, and I must say it has exceeded all my expectations. The combination of cutting-edge technology and sleek design makes it a standout choice for anyone seeking a powerful and versatile computing experience.
Performance:
Powered by the 12th Gen Intel Evo i7 processor, this laptop is a true powerhouse. Whether I'm multitasking between demanding applications or running resource-intensive tasks, it handles everything with remarkable speed and efficiency. The 16GB of memory ensures smooth performance, and the 512GB SSD provides ample storage space while significantly improving boot and application load times.
Display and Touchscreen:
The 16-inch FHD+ touchscreen display is a visual delight. Crisp, vibrant, and responsive, it adds a new dimension to my computing experience. The 2-in-1 feature allows me to seamlessly switch between laptop and tablet modes, providing flexibility for various tasks. The touch functionality is precise and enhances the overall user interface.
Build Quality and Design:
Dell has always been synonymous with quality, and the Inspiron 2-in-1 is no exception. The platinum silver finish gives it a premium look, and the build quality is sturdy yet elegant. The 360-degree hinge feels robust, allowing me to use the laptop in different modes without any concerns about durability.

One of the standout features is the impressive battery life. Even with its powerful components, this laptop manages to deliver a long-lasting battery performance. It's a relief not having to constantly worry about finding an outlet, especially during long work sessions or when traveling.

The laptop comes with a range of user-friendly features that enhance the overall experience. The keyboard is comfortable for extended typing sessions, and the backlit keys are a nice touch for low-light environments. The array of ports and connectivity options offer versatility, catering to various peripherals and accessories.
No Issues:
Perhaps the most notable aspect of my experience is the absence of any issues over the past 10 months. The laptop has been incredibly reliable, and I haven't encountered any performance hiccups, crashes, or hardware issues. It's a testament to the robust engineering and quality control that Dell is known for.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, the Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 16” FHD+ Touch Laptop has been a stellar companion for my daily computing needs. What an amazing product. I've been considering getting a new laptop for quite a while and there were several key specifications I was looking for - charge with USB C, i7 processor, 16GB RAM, a good size SSD. This has it all. It also is a touch screen 2-in-1 so can be used like a tablet. The screen is so bright and clear, I'm surprised by how good it looks from any angle - it is clear from a pretty extreme angle to the side which makes it easy to collaborate with others. It also has fingerprint sign in, I didn't realize that, but it is a nice feature. The only negatives I can come up with are that there is no number pad on the keyboard (which I'm getting used to), and there is no cd drive. Fortunately, it is only $40 for an external Dell CD/DVD drive.

Bought this for school its blazing quick the screen is gorgeous and the keyboard is nice. The touchpad is my only complaint its really big but i have bug hands anyway so its just taking a little getting used too. The touchscreen is very nice and it feel responsive like a phone or a regular tablet in my opinion. I like that you can fold it in half completely are fold it up like a tent depending on what you do. Its got a good amount of ram that you can upgrade to 32gbs which was the main reason i bought this laptop. That way i could sorta future proof for a couple of years. I definitely would recommend this laptop to anybody looking for something thats quick and reliable.

Great laptop for college

This was bought as a gift for a freshman in college. Needed something that could be turned into a touch for sketching/drawing and still be able to use for everyday purposes. The screen is absolutely flawless. It is very clear and the Bamboo pen works excellent with the touch mode. It folds all the way back i to tablet mode for sketching illustrations. Works great with AI and Corel. Battery life is excellent. Havent pushed it all the way but has lasted 6+ hrs on a single charge. Also, the type c charging is a plus. The brick is 65 watts and can easily be used with mobile chargers. Laptop stays very cool and barely heats up for running an i7. Overall, for a graphic design student this has lived up to hype. Got this as open box for a really great price.

Great Performance, But Trackpad Needs Work

Overall, I really like this Dell laptop — it's practical, reliable, and great for everyday use. It handles work and multitasking smoothly, and the design is clean and professional. The only downsides I've noticed are the rubber strips on the bottom, which wear out quickly and don’t hold the laptop in place well over time, and the trackpad, which started acting up after about a year of use. Still, for the price and performance, it’s a solid machine.

I upgraded from a 13" similar Dell 2 in 1 laptop from 2017. This one is way faster and has good battery life. I love the fingerprint to unlock and the webcam cover. The 16" is significantly heavier than my old 13", but the bigger screen is better for the architecture/design work I do so it's worth it for me. I also am enjoying the upgrade to Windows 11.

Bought it at 1k plus change, little discount and then realized it drop to 800 shortly after. Laptop loads and processes fast. Very big touch pad that sometimes you press and it doesnt click the cursor. Bery sensitive too. The touch screen is sensitive and works fine. Definitely a plus with the big screen too. If you like the new position of the keys on these new laptops then fine. Im not a big fan. For example, the arrow buttons are not as big anymore and the shift button is placed differently so often times youd press caps lock by accident. Battery doesnt very long but you turn on battery saver settings, one full day of use.
I'd get it for $ 800.
