I am very pleased with my purchase. My computer is working exactly as expected and is a great value for the purchase price. Customizing my computer was quite simple. The display is crisp and clear and the keyboard is very responsive. The speed is excellent, as well!

Needed to purchase a new computer and Dell has alwasy stuck out as a reliable computer. Settled on the Inspiron 2-in-1 16" and haven't been disappointed. Setup and transfer of info was seamless. More importanty it is fast, great battery life and has a large enough screen to be usable.

Easy to set up, nice bright screen, smooth keyboard. Good computer for the price point. Fast enough for my use (general office, few numbers) and large enough memory (so far. Personally had enough USB-C adapters to connect most any external devices needed. Don't assume you can directly connect old externals.

Love this laptop. The screen is clear and colors are bright. It may be more than I need for personal use, but love the ease of use and speed! I have no time to waste so the reaction on time on this is perfect. Handles multiple screens easily!

After about a year the computer has become somewhat slow and have had issues with the trackpad not responding. Was happy with the display and loved the touch screen!

I've been using the laptop as my work laptop (the reason for purchase) and the processor and battery life hasn't disappointed. The hinge though is the problem as expected since you feel like you're applying too much pressure even if you're not

Love the computer. The screen is huge, bright and sharp. I did have some issues with the touchpad on the first one I bought, but Dell replaced it with a new one. Otherwise I love the computer.

I really enjoy still using this laptop to this day. It works well for almost every application I use it for. It has a decent battery life and does not get too hot. Works well as a tablet too.

Great Computer Overall. While the graphics card was lacking and the touchpad would act up, it was fast and worked well for my needs. Not great for gaming but works well for work or everyday things.

It is a very good Laptop. Clear and bright screen. Note that there are no number keys to right of letter keys. Only across the top. Also the keys are too light in color and makes them hard to see. Speakers have very good sound. The screen is an excellent size.

This was purchased to replace my older laptop. It has clear picture, vibrant colors and i loce thebacklit keyboard. Keyboard is easy to use and it was very easy to set up,it paired with my printer and mouse easily. Using for home office and it is working well for that.

I had to replace my older Dell 5551 from 2016. Wanted more power, memory and speed on this one. Also like the SSD Drive, great graphics, sizable screen display. Taking time to get use to Microsoft 365 & Office layouts on screens.

Really love to be able to sign in with my finger... this laptop is fast and large enough for all my tasks. You do have to periodically install the Dell manufacture updates to keep it running smoothly.

This laptop is slim in design, lightweight to be very easy to take while you are on the go. I love the touch screen convenience as well!!

This is a great laptop at a more affordable price! Super fast and not glitchy and works great when editing on light room for my photography! Way easier to use than a Mac as well!

Absolutely in love with this laptop. It's slim design and light weight makes it easy for transporting. The ease of use makes my days so much simpler. The screen is large enough for my us usage.

I recommend it because it's fast, it adapts perfectly for what I need it for, its graphics, size and color are incredible!

Little heavier than my old 15" but well worth it. Great speed and storage. Battery is pretty good. Get about 8 hours when doing work and 4-5 when watching movies.
