This Dell Inspiron 16, 2 in-1 is, especially for the price, the best Laptop that I have ever used. Understand me, Lenovo's are great laptops but this Dell is just as good if not better than the Lenovo Think Pad I had before this Dell! It has a much simpler keyboard and the keys are easier to push. I'm really satisfied with my Dell and will purchase Dell products in the future!

Great laptop, just overkill for my purposes, so I returned it. 16:10 aspect ratio of the 16 inch screens are the new normal, so expect the 15.6 inch 16:9 to be phased out soon enough. The screen is superior to most, with 300 nits brightness, and noticeably more screen real estate that the 15 inchers. Also, it has the blue light filter, that will in time, prove its worth (even if you think you don't need it, you do). It's big, sure, and kinda heavy, so unless you're Bob Ross using it as as easel, you won't be using it in tablet mode. Fun fact: You can NOT draw on this thing using Photoshop, or anything even remotely similar. There's NO digitizer present, so you're stuck just using the pen, well...as a pen, to write notes or draw smiley faces, or whatever you're into, so if you need something to run Photoshop for photo editing- this isn't it. You'll need to plug in the Wacom tablet to do any of that. This is not an art screen, and the Bamboo stylus and the rest won't work. Not sure how much of Adobe RGB this covers, but I do believe it's near 100% sRGB, so no issues there. Does it run hot? It did a few times while I had it. I had to limit CPU to 99% in power settings so it wouldn't kick into high gear and achieve lift off with those fans. I actually went through numerous laptops from BB, but in the end, I came back to the Inspiron 16- just the i5 12th Gen version because I got it for $230 less than the i7. I doubt you'll find a better laptop at BB. Maybe the Yoga 7 16 inch can match it, but I don't know if they have any left in stock. All the rest are either regular 15.6 inch widescreens, or tiny 14 inch (or less)- selling for more than this one, which is absurd.

I used this laptop continuously 10 days for watching movies, working on large data spreadsheets, Microsoft access, web browsing and couple of drawings. this is a awesome laptop and deal i got from Best Buy. this machine is loaded with all hardware features and window 11 software feature. perfect multi touch FHD+ display, perfect sound output. Cooling mechanism is also good in this. No lag with i7 .

Great Dell Laptop! Easy to use, quiet keyboard, extremely long-lasting battery life and light weight. Love the touch screen which is just as fast as using the keyboard. Screen is a great size clear with brilliant color. I have installed several programs and have had no issues, Absolutely a great Laptop!

Would be a nice laptop if the screen didn’t keep glitching and half of it keeps turning black when I change from touch screen mode (like a tablet) to laptop mode. Tricky to reboot when you can’t see over half the screen and the power key won’t just restart it easily. The mouse pad is also not consistently working correctly. Seems like a lot of money for something that’s not working from the start. I was traveling for a month right after receiving it in the mail and did not get to use it much until over a month after receiving it…I’ve heard Best Buy does not take care of customers with faulty products outside the 14 day warranty window…so I’m not looking forward to trying to work through this with Dell. Super disappointed in this product and probably wouldn’t buy from Best Buy again since their warranty on products is so short.
