I use this laptop for school and web design. It has plenty of storage. I really like the touch screen feature!

I find this laptop to be great for viewing or creating content. I don't play games so I need to be silent on this. I am quite satisfied with the purchase - the screen is bright and colorful with a very good battery life. It helps that it is PD charging so all I need is a USB C charger - though it does come with a dedicated charger.

Everything worked fine and well. Only issue i had was, after some time of use, the cursor would twitch regularly making it unbearable to use.

No complaints. For me, a 1 means I'm better off with a rock. It met the expectations that was advertised. I like the 2 in 1 touch feature. I like the processor. For basic needs, this is good. It gets the job done. I like the large screen. This laptop feels like a reliable toyota corolla.

So this is my first laptop. It replacing my 10+ years old desktop. As of right now I love it. It's fast and with the right app it also connects to my HP printer wirelessly. I also like the fact that it converts into a tablet. I also use an HP laptop for my job. So I'm pretty much used this.

The notebook seems sturdy for everyday use, but yet still thin enough to stuff in any standard backpack or brief case. Keys have a nice push button feel. No issues with initial startup or daily usage. I'd reccommend this to a friend or family member.

The touch pad started malfunctioning a few weeks after purchase, progressively getting worse until I could hardly control the cursor without plugging in a mouse. Dell support was very cooperative and sent out a technician to replace the hardware component. The touch pad still struggles when I try to click/drag but is otherwise much better. Disappointed with the touch pad but very pleased with customer service experience. I would recommend only if the user intends to always have a mouse.

I purchased this computer for classes and a tech boot camp. I'm impressed! Great speed, fan is not loud, and it's highly responsive. I almost passed on this deal due to there not being a 10-key option, but I've grown accustomed and can attach a 10-key pad if necessary. I'd buy again!

Works great I use it for 3D rendering and design and have absolutely no issues with it. Great battery life speed and response, love the fact that it’s touch screen as well, it’s a very versatile computer.

This computer suffers a lot from design flaws. I would say the biggest issue is that the mouse pad is too close to the processor, and that causes the mouse pad to overheat. Dell offered to replace the mousepad, but I had a feeling wasn't faulty equipment. I installed their thermal management program and it seems to work better if the cooling fans are on most of the time. I don't mind the noise but it's a pretty huge oversight if that is the issue. Also, the computer won't let more than one program control the audio at a time. For instance, if I'm on Zoom but I'm waiting for my students (so my camera and mic are turned off in Zoom) I cannot use my camera or mic in other programs. Or rather, I can use them, but they're very choppy. Playing music in Youtube while waiting for students to arrive is impossible, you get one second of audio per 5 IRL seconds. Overall, this computer is overpriced and not worth it, I paid $1,200 for it, but it's probably worth $500. My previous laptop was an HP and it was MUCH better for a cheaper price. Get that (or others) instead.

I needed to replace my old Dell Windows 7 computer. The Best Buy suggested a Windows 11 Dell laptop. I went with their suggestion and I love it. The Geek Squad was able to transfer all my old programs and files. Every works great. Very happy with the purchase.

The Inspiron 16 2-1 is a lightweight and powerful laptop for your work, has superb specs, build quality and beautiful touch screen. I bought this laptop for personal home and software development projects and I am totally satisfied with it. Highly recommended!

It is fast, lightweight, and colors are clear. Problem was I had too many photo's on my old computer and this one doesn't have the memory. Now I have an external drive to hold all old photos.
