I loved this laptop. Althought it did have a serious trackpad issue making it extremely unreliable. The trackpad would get wrratic out of nowhere. If it wasnt for that i would have kept it. The quality of the oled was amazing and the colors were perfect. The convertable was awesome. The sounds was great and it had dolby vision hdr. It was great.

The light weight and beautiful exterior or exactly what I expected. The display screen is gorgeous and the colors are vivid and clear. The touch screen is smooth while sensitive enough to facilitate use. The fans aren't loud but the battery can't handle a moderate work day on a single charge, 8 hours of light continuous use.

Incredibly nice laptop. Not cheap though. You'll definately see the quality screen on 16" laptops (it's 16:10 too). I honestly don't think you many many OLED options at 16" plus it's 2 in 1. Fans can be loud even in quiet mode, but maybe you can disable turbo boost and decrease fan noise significantly (I haven't tried for this laptop, but it seemed to work on other laptops in general). But as for me I returned it when I got a "heavily used" open box, but otherwise, I highly recommend.

I do a lot of photography work. Mainly just for fun, but in the past I have done many weddings, birthdays and such. Having a clear bright screen is really a big deal to me. My Macs will not run my favorite software, so I use Windows computers for my photo work. I had a 7 year old Dell that I used for my work, but it's old and tired. So I bought this one. I love it. The screen is bright and crystal clear. It's fast and great looking. I would highly recommend this machine for anyone that likes beautiful screens, and fast computers.

Screen image immediately gets your attention. Superior product. This is used by college student that can execute all tasks including Bloxin all hours of the night. So there’s that. Seriously the only thing missing is to add large bulky cooling which this unit doesn’t need. My title best laptop to date refers to the 7 laps I’ve bought from BBuy over the years for the family. Screen is so nice I’m mentioning it twice.

Good for a budget 2 in 1. The touch pad is flaky sometimes so I find myself using a mouse but it has good touch response on the touch screen and is quick to load. Nice and slim so does not take up much room.

This laptop runs good, not the best. When it starts to warm up, the laptop trackpad starts to glitch so I have to use a separate mouse and sometimes the screen may glitch. Because it’s touchscreen, it will sometimes highlight stuff you’re tapping which can get really annoying. I have taken this laptop to Geek Squad twice and they couldn’t resolve the issues it had. When it’s running fine, it runs great. When it doesn’t, it’s a headache but it’s always 50/50.

      Hello PedroC,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We are sorry to hear that you are having touchpad sensitivity issues in regards to your Dell Inspiron 7620. This is certainly not the experience that we like to hear from our customers. We will share your concern with our quality team so that improvements can be made to our current and future products and services. Below I have provided troubleshooting instructions with the full article that may be able to resolve the issue.

Here are the steps to help resolve your touchpad issue:
      1. Ensure the touchpad and your finger do not have any dirt, grease, liquids, or food on them (the touchpad has to make good contact with your finger to work correctly).
      2. Ensure that the touchpad is turned on.
      3. Save any data, close any open programs and restart the computer by using a wired USB mouse (if available) or Bluetooth mouse if it is already installed, if not, press hold the power button for at least 15 seconds to turn the computer off.
      4. Unplug everything except the power cable.
      5. Turn the computer back on and retest the touchpad.
      6. When the cursor does work correctly, attach one device at a time, and test the cursor movement to see which one may have caused the issue.
      7. Ensure that the BIOS and Chipset drivers are updated to the latest version.

Device came with a broken control key, the NVMe drive had a hardware issue, had to replace that after two weeks. Device gets very hot due to the internal components and design. Performance isn’t too bad…definitely a device meant to sit on a docking station, quite heavy. Would I recommend this, for a power user at a desk yes, for a standard user looking for power but mobility and reliability, absolutely not.

Excellent speed and good for the web development class I've been taking. It fits in my bag well and isn't too heavy to carry around. The battery life is good but does sometimes seem to drain a little faster than I'd like but that's probably expected when I have to run multiple things at once

On the surface, this had some really nice specs and a beautiful display. However it ended there as i must have gotten one that missed the quality check. In line with the other 1 star reviews, it has poor heat management (only 1 fan inside) and overheats which causes the fan to run loudly. The trackpad is unreliable, it randomly reboots - one time it was because i turned on a bluetooth mouse i connected. Out of the box, I set it up, ran Windows updates and used it for a few hours. Everything went downhill when I installed Dell updates. The laptop crashed and i had to reinstall windows, “on the first day of use.” Then, it froze during the reinstall, rebooted with critical errors, and presented memory issues. Would not Post with the Dell logo when I turned it on. Each time I tried to get it to restore, it would freeze with fans blazing, then fail. Never got to use the pen, oh well. Thankfully, I was able to return it within the short 15 day return window.

I bought a 14-inch Dell and then I wanted to enlarge it and I returned it now I have this 16-inch one, the design is very nice, although I like the silver one better, but it wasn't available at the moment, I'll talk about the things I don't like , I made some videos to show it but in this place it won't let me upload them. 01. the sound to improve it I had to do magic with my programs because the audio goes up and down only while playing. If you have this problem and you have bought this equipment I can help you write me. 02. The machine hangs when I am in corel draw or word and I have to turn it off with the button pressing turn off and then turn on again, because it does not even react with the task manager. 03. There are times when playing music, the music sounds like it is repeated many times, such as when playing an old music CD. best explained with interference 04. The fans are hitting the screen because the windows are right at the bottom of the screen and all the heat is directed towards my face. 05. The fans make a lot of noise when the hard drive is reading, it doesn't shut up, it stuns me. 06. battery drains very fast 07. It does not have a number pad on the right side 08. It gets very hot
