It is nice! Gets the job done, and I love the flip and stylus attributes. Had lots of quality issues with the manufacturing, ranging from one of my ram sticks collapsing to the wireless display driver not working properly. Hoping to send in for return and next unit will be better! I think quality control during manufacturing could have prevented the very few issues I've had with this laptop.

Great laptop! Lightweight, fast, and reliable. The battery lasts long, the display is clear, and the keyboard is comfortable. Perfect for everyday use, work, or school. Highly recommend!

Wow, This is by far the nicest laptop I've ever had. Beautiful OLED screen, Powerful i7 processor, it's very quiet and boots up in seconds. I love the facial recognition! It's quality built and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again! No disappointments here, buy it!!!

once we got the software properly installed it was very easy to use this laptop. Great picture and much faster than my older version.

Easy to use but would like to have a number pad. Would definitely recommend this product. Really good to have an i7 core for stock market trading.

Display did not function. While plugged into an external monitor the device was fast and did not get bogged down during various tests. Comfortable to hold, felt like a good weight. The device did seem somewhat fragile while flipping the display into the 2-1 mode. Feel like if you do it a few hundred times it will break eventually. Fix the quality control.

So far I really like this laptop. The screen is gorgeous and the keyboard/track pad has been very good. The fan kicks on pretty often but no issues with performance. I did buy it on a significant sale price per performance is a little skewed.

Replaced an Inspiron Dell which was about 5 years old and became so slow on any actions. This Dell is awesome so far. Nice and clear screen but processing power is fast. Didn’t like windows 11 at first but now really like it.

Cool laptop! The best thing I like about it is the screen. The screen resolution is excellent! I really enjoy working with this laptop for many hours. My eyes don't get tired! Great value for the price!

Trackpad became unusable a couple of months after I got the ;laptop. Works fine with a mouse, but it's inconvenient to need to bring a mouse everywhere. Quality otherwise seems fine. Display seems to exhibit "screen door effect", which seems strange on a 4K display at this size. Battery life is good.

Computer works fine now after Geek Squad set it up, and spent a great deal of time getting web cam to save to photo folder where they and I could find the photos. The Geek Squad installed and set up everything that I had asked them to do. This is my 1st experience with a Dell computer, and my first experience with windows 11. I like the Dell, works very much like my HP. I am not sure yet about windows 11. I kind of like the table feature that went with windows. 10. The touch screen is much more vivid than my HP touchscreen, even though it is a bit smaller. I love having the Geek Squad total protection packege on all my Best Buy purchases. It has been well worth the money.

Ease of use, the screen is huge and even my older parents have a easy time to see everything clearly.

I am absolutely in love with this laptop. This was definitely a big purchase for me. I usually always get the cheapest laptop possible because i couldnt afford anything else and recently needed to update my laptop so i saved up and was able to get a open box one and im so excited i did. Battery lasts me all day. The color is beautiful. Im also having so much fun with using it as a tablet, which is very new to me. Im liking it so much. Mine didnt come with a pen but i was able to get one on ebay for pretty cheap. Also this was the easiest and quickest setup ever lol.

Back on Windows and loving it. I had a job which required me to be on a Mac so I sold all of my windows devices and returned a Dell XPS 17 I bought last November. All in on Apple. Things were ok with just a Mac but I missed Windows. Now I am moving on to a new Job that is Windows-only so needed to get a Windows Laptop. Not wanting to spend the bucks for an XPS, thought I’d give this Inspiron a try. Love it so far! Beautiful screen, good battery life. And fast enough for my needs (though I am upgrading the hard drive and memory).

This laptop has some great qualities. It is quite fast, the display is bright and visible, it has plenty of memory and serves all of my needs quite sufficiently.

Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 16” OLED Touch Laptop – 12th Gen Intel Core i7 – 16GB Memory – 512GB SSD – NVIDIA GeForce MX550 - Atlantic Green: While the storage and graphics are good, those are the only positives. Within a year of purchase, I had to reach out to Dell to replace the motherboard, fan, and several other components. The mouse pad has a known issue, but Dell requires signing an NDA for repair. Additionally, the battery drains quickly. Even with the repairs the same issues still exist. Overall, this is the worst laptop I've purchased.

When I considered looking at computers that weren’t Apple, the Best Buy team helped out so much! They directed me to this computer, and I got it on sale, which was much needed for a student like me. Works amazing! The picture is crystal clear and it is super fast when trying to edit photos for his schoolwork!! I originally didn’t want to switch from Apple, and refused to have a non-Apple product. Switching over to this computer, I actually look forward to getting on my computer now that I have some thing that is so efficient and user-friendly.

I love how big the screen is. The speakers are very good, much better than my old computer. The fan comes on more often than expected but not a big deal.
