Within a year of purchase, I had to reach out to Dell to replace the motherboard, fan, and several other components. The mouse pad has a known issue, but Dell requires signing an NDA for repair. Additionally, the battery drains quickly. Even with the repairs the same issues still exist. Overall, this is the worst laptop I've purchased.

This is a solid mid-spec laptop good for all business and most creative tasks. The display is just gorgeous, but keep in mind that the graphics card here is modest. This is NOT a gaming rig by any stretch. There's lots of processor and memory for anything you want to do on the internet. It's built very well and is of high quality. The dark green is also a lovely finish.

Fast, and the 12th generation i7 processor lets me run Windows 11, which came already installed, so I didn't have to download and install it. I bought this one to replace my old Asus laptop, which wouldn't take Windows 11 because the CPU was too old. Battery life on this one seems to be very good,

The only issue after 1 year the mouse pad stop working. I use this for school. I have to use a Bluetooth mouse.which i hate. I spent over 1,000 on this laptop. Sometimes I like laying down doing school work.with havin* to use a Bluetooth mouse I can’t.
