Customers are pleased with the Inspiron 2-in-1's large screen size, vibrant OLED display, and strong performance. Many appreciate its lightweight design and ease of use for both work and school. However, some users experienced issues with the touchpad's reliability and reported excessive heat and fan noise. The quality of the speakers also received some negative feedback.

A powerful laptop at a great price. The perfect size to get all your work done either on the go or at home. The touch screen and included pen are an awesome feature that not all moderately priced units come with. Power and convenience at your finger tips.

Screen resolution is amazing! The computer is very fast and has wonderful features. The touch screen and the 2-in-1 feature is new to me and I'm not sure how much i will use it, but I already feel this is an incredible computer for the money.

What a nice computer! Easy, if it can hook up to your wifi, everything that is on your phone or old computer will soon be nicely added to your new computer. Super fast + some electronic pen that has o information as to what it is for.

Nice, light, well-powered machine with a good-sized screen. Not a huge monitor but not a tiny thing that requires my glasses to be worn at all times, either.

It's everything I need and more and the price was well within my budget. The clarity of both the display and the sound from the Quad speakers is amazing. Dell got it right with this laptop.

Upgraded from a decade old Sony VAIO. Windows 11 running smooth and fast. I'm pleased that Dell decided on a screen size between the 15 inch and the 17 inch. System fits nicely in my existing carriers.

Good computer for the money. I also saved some by buying an open box version. However, the touch pad is too big and I keep hitting it when I try to type. Same with the touch screen. I leave a pen above the keyboard and keep touching the screen when I pick it up. There is probably a way to disable it, but I figure I paid for it so that was a waste. Also, if you install Firefox, do NOT add McAfee. Their constant ads and threats are annoying. Stick with Webroot.

This computer has served me well and is in a gorgeous color to boot. I haven't had any issues with it can can even do some light gaming with it. As for the pen, the pressure sensitivity is works well for drawing programs and general use. It's definitely on the heavier side because of it's size of course, but if you don't mind then I recommend it!

Being this the sixth DELL laptop I use, it is really hard to work without a numeric keyboard
The screen and size are great
It does not have INTEL OPTANE (Technology that older DELL laptops have). Sometimes it works slowly.
I think the way it works does not match the range price

It has great capacity. However, I cannot figure out how to get to my files. It says "personal' when I try to open it. After 3 trips to Geek Squad I understand it to mean that it means use the cloud. Except I do not understand how to get to it if it does not appear when I go to 'files'. My last compute stored everything on my computer in the cloud at the same time. Apparently, it does not happen here.
