    I am a pastor and had been using a MacBook Pro since 2018. But after an operating system upgrade my MacBook would no longer run my PC Study Bible software. So I needed a new Windows laptop and purchased this Dell after Geek Swuad recommendation I love so far. Edge search engine is wonderful.

    I like it. My previous one was Dell laptop as well. When I started a new dell laptop, they used my previous one's account and set the settings that I used to use it, so it was convenient to use it.

    The laptop is in excellent condition. We bought it for my brother and he loved it!!! The design is so gorgeous, very thin and looks like so classy. Thank you to Puyallup Best Buy Team, esp the agent who assisted us. We had a great experience.

    Both Steves and Michael were very helpful in assisting me to up-grade my computers. They are not all up and operations--Wow very fast- I am a low tach guy but your guys took the time and Michael did a diagram so I would -with the help of my techy neighbor in everything in the right place.

    Amazing laptop! Handles all the software I need very well (Adobe, AutoCad, Sketchup). Only complaint is the rubber guard on the bottom to prevent scraping started coming out of the groove; it started peeling off within a week of purchase.

    my favorite computer I have ever owned. I have always been a fan of the inspiron 2 in 1. I used to have the 17 inch for years, and just upgraded to this one. use it for work daily, and it is a great work computer.

    I'm not a computer person but I really like this computer for what I have to do. I am a veterinary radiologist and I have to look at radiographs, CTs and MRIs and write reports and the images are great.
