Amazing pc for the price super fast screen is very bright and responsive. Have love it since i bought it. The pen also is awsome for joting notes and stuff when needed. Overall solid computer

This is the best laptop I could have purchased because of how it has everything in one . This can be turned into a tablet because of how the screen flips completely and its even touch screen, and it comes with a pen. All this for that price was really good I highly recommend.

It was great for the first couple of months. Then, the mouse went. I didn't have time to mail it away, so I started using an external mouse. Next, the camera got really blurry. Then, the microphone would go in and out during Zoom calls - which I really depended on. 15 months in, it won't charge. I trued 3 different outlets and 2 chargers. The light near the charging port stays orange. The other downfall is that it will onky work with very specific chargers. It is a type c, but the charger it will take depends on wattage maybe. I thought that I ordered the correct wattage charger on Amazon 2x, wouldn't work. My son's chromebook charger would not work. The generic replacement charger ($80) from BestBuy would not work. The ONLY charger that works is one that I paid almost $100 (including shipping) directly from Dell.

I love these laptops. I issue the 14 and 16 inch versions to all of my employees. We haven't had any issues with them over the years! Highly recommended!

Got this on back to school sale for about $1,250. Was a good buy so far. High end insides and use it for business…so while don’t push it for gaming it works really well for business. Maybe a little cheaper materials on the outside than XPS but think the savings is well worth it.

Awesome screen, pen is fun addition, has been easy for a non geek to start using, but the sound quality is tinny. The support has been great, the sound driver not so much, there has been only a moment of rich surround sound.

The laptop was in excellent condition. Basically it was a new. I saved a lot of money. Thank you.

I bought this Laptop because I just left college and my old one was pushing flowers. It a great Laptop for school/work, and it good for a far amount of gaming, it has a desent RAM and lots of space 5/5.

Great laptop. Purchased to replace my 7 year old inspiron which still works great. This one is even better with faster speed, more capacity and ability to run the latest programs.

So far I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the Dell - Inspiron laptop. If there was one thing I would have to say not having the number key pad has take some getting used to.

This computer screams quality! The imagery, size and capabilities are more than I will probably ever need. I'm still learning all its capabilities, but so far, it exceeds my expectations.

Beautiful OLED display, lots of ram - 16 Gb, and 1 Tb ssd. Many good things about this laptop, but lacking in sparse ports, and would benefit with a more competent graphics card with a little more horsepower.

nice computer nice price. I use this as a desktop unit but also take it when I travel. I use it to crunch large amounts of data.. so far.. it handles everything well

Excellent laptop. Beautiful screen. Not much left to desire. Should last a while. Just remember to update everything that needs it right away and continuously after that. It's not to heavy.
