    So far I love the computer. Everything seems to work great except for Microsoft Outlook. I've had some problems getting some e-mail and, worst of all, I've lost all my whole address book. I've been in the hospital and out of town since I bought it, so I haven't been able to contact the Geek Squad about it. I plan to do that next week.

    Had originally purchased an HP Envy 360. Hard drive crashed within a week. Replaced it with another one and it crashed within two days. Decided to purchase this dell laptop instead.

    I bought this computer for work, I usually buy HP’s, this is the first Dell I have bought in about 10 years. It had a great picture and sound. Otherwise it is comparable to most computers in this price range.

    Very nice laptop for the money. I would have liked to increase the memory to above 16Gb, but that is the max available. Great value with the large SSD drive and the IPS monitor. Also, would have like to have an addition USB port. Overall, very satisified with a few minor items I would have liked available.
