I love the touch screen and it’s easy to use setup.

The costumer service rep was amazing and this computer has so much power for a device that can go anywhere with you. This specific computer also has available upgrades for it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in this price point.

This laptop functions as a computer or a tablet. It offers you the best of both worlds. The built in numerical keyboard adds calculator features and the backlit keyboard makes it easy to operate in low light areas. Love my Dell inspiration 2 in 1!

This machine is super convenient for my line of graphic designing. Has enough horsepower to run some nice games during down time also. Got it at a great price. Not so easy to use - but that is because Windows 10 blows - the computer is great.

I previously had a desktop so with this purchase I got rid of a lot of cords and extra components with a very streamlined and modern system. Love it!

Great Laptop, love the backlit keyboard. Loads very fast on start up, the tablet feature is nice and so is the touch screen. So far like it a lot better than my old hp.

Runs fast with an SSD and 16gb memory. Fingerprint reader is handy. Keyboard is back lit. Screen is bright. Cooling fan is loud.

Had problems with it out of the box but was able to figure out what was going on. Very disappointed in the Geek Squad support. They told me I had to bring it in to fix a problem that I was able to Google and fix in less than 2 minutes.

This laptop is perfect for the person looking for the 17 inch laptop who is not looking to break the bank on most of the gaming models. SSD drive is speedy and you can’t go wrong with the 16 gigs of memory.

Need a strong protective bag if ur frequent traveler w it. Decent computer w some strong specs....ssd drive, touch screen, i7 8th gen processor. Goo deal if u can swing the weight issue or are more stationary of a user.

It has given me no issues in the year I have had it. I did disable the touchscreen function, didnt really care for it and it would sometimes do funny things for a brief moment after opening the lid.

I have been using the same computer for about 10 years. It was old, slow and over-burdened with programs and files I don’t even use. I needed an upgrade. And it’s compatible with my printer, which was important for me.

Good value for the price. It is fast enough the normal user is fully satisfied. We did buy the Microsoft 365 with it which I would not advice. Step up and buy the software since we have had problems with it.

I purchased this laptop as a gift to myself. I haven had any issues with it. The only thing I don’t understand is why would the keyboard flip to the back. It can ruin the keyboard if it’s set down.

So far it works great. only problem I had was when I purchased the laptop I wanted to add more memory and was told after they set system up (transferred files from old laptop) that could not increase memory.

I am very happy with my new Dell laptop. I especially love the lit up keyboard. I can use it at night in bed with the lights off and not bother my husband.

I bought this little gem for my wife who works with dozens of open apps at a time and it has no lag or performance issues. It keeps on ticking and keeps up with a busy workload.

I told the sales person how many USB ports I needed. They didn't have one of the computers they were demonstrating for me at their store, so I went to another store to pick it up. When I got it home, I discovered that it only had 2 USB ports. I need 3 or more. I ended up spending another $130.00 on a USB/Ethernet multi-port adapter.

This laptop does everything I need it to. The salesman listened to what I wanted and needed and pointed this one out. I have no complaints because this is perfect for every day usage.

Bought this laptop to replace my surface pro 3 and o love how the pen is folded into the device so it never falls out and really increased the internal stats for a cheap price.
